Ordered a hat and (2) shirts from…

Ordered a hat and (2) shirts from Tilly's. The hat was not in the box. I contacted customer service and was told claims would review my issue and contact me. Over a week later I still hadn't heard back and called them back. Customer service put me on hold for 10 minutes to investigate my claim. When he came back on the phone he told me I would be contacted later today to resolve my issue. What is this process? I have never experienced anything like this, they clearly have no intention in sending the hat I paid for and ordered.

Customer service is awful

I ordered a shirt online March 3. The tracking showed label created with no update for almost 3 weeks. Contacted customer service on the phone and the girl was not helpful. I just wanted to know when I would receive my shirt. She stated she would email me with an update. (smh). A few days go by and I get an email stating a “claim number” has been issued, nothing else. I email back with no response. I try the online chat that keeps kicking me off after 3 tries. Today I cal customer service back and was told to wait 7-10 business days to get a refund. I explain I never asked for a refund, I only wanted to know the status of my order and when would I receive it. The representative stated “ oh I’m sorry we don’t offer reshipments we only offer refunds “. This should have been explained on my first call. And it wasn’t. No context at all, just terrible customer service. I normally only shop in store but have not been able due to chronic illness. Never shopping here again. Smfh.

Ordered shoes in stock then order canceled a week later

I ordered shoes that were in stock and then a week later I got an email saying my order was canceled.

What's the point of ordering if you don't have inventory or won't let the customer wait for their arrival?

Now I have to go online and find another vendor order them and then wait for delivery. If you didn't have the shoe in stock you should have just updated your website!

I placed an order with Tillys and…ITs BEEN 5 Weeks and they have lost my package!!

I placed an order with Tillys and received a tracking number. The tracking never changed from shipping status. I waited 15 days and called Tillys they gave me a ticket number and the agent who helped me said I'm not the first one who called that day saying the same thing. She filed the case and magically the shipping company changed the status to delivered 3 days after it shipped. It is a flat-out lie. I have cameras and I was home. Nothing came. Tillys emailed me and said I'm SOL because it must have been stolen. They are closing the case. I come on here and find out this happens often and Tillys responds the same way to everyone. Horrible for them to steal from their customers. Disgusting and awful company. This seems to be a common thing with this company!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Buyer's beware. I received my online order & the items weren't mine but the receipt was with it. After calling right away and sending pictures to them via email and waiting 4 days for a supervisor to tell me that the shipment was packaged correctly at the shipping warehouse. They advised me to file a police report! LOL
Do not buy online from them. They must have bad employees that steal from the company and pack the incorrect items and keep the correct ones for themselves. I'm so shocked and out $86 dollars and some change. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

THE WORST

THE WORST! Do not order anything from them....they held over $400 on my visa gift card "pending" for a $59 purchase (that by the way didn't go through bc they don't take visa gift cards) but they can still hold the money.....complete crap! Will NEVER order anything from them.

Won't replace missing item

I ordered several items from Tilly's and when they arrived these shorts were not in the package. The package had been taped up with packing tape and was dirty. The biggest disappointment though was that after several emails and phone calls, Tilly's said their warehouse packed the shorts and basically "Oh well, take it up with the authorities or your bank" and they refused to send me a new pair or give a store credit. Alternately, we ordered clothes from Volcom and they came in a box with a taped seal on it so that they could be assured all the contents got where they needed to go which was a much more quality experience. Tilly's customer service is garbage. If they want to send items in shoddy packaging they should be prepared to back it up if the items are damaged or missing by the time they get to their destination. I'm very unhappy with this company which sucks because now me and my family won't shop here again.

Don’t EVER order from the app!! They will double charge you for your order and leave things out of your order and still charge you! Customer service is rude and they don’t care that they double charge your card and tell you to wait 3-5 business days! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!

Wow such terrible customer service. They tie up charges on your credit card and god forbid you should challenge them. Very unprofessional employees. There is a reason this store has an overall rating of 2.0 on Trustpilot. I wish I had come here to read the reviews before placing the order. Avoid doing business with them for Christmeas!

Customer Service SUCKS! Don’t trust them!

Tried to order two pair of VOLCOM pants for my sons. There was a sale- I started my ordering process on my phone at 6:30 am.
They run out of sizes so I was worried I wouldn’t get the order in time.
Went through the steps. Billing , shipping and it rejected my order due to an error? lol
Tried again but this time I called the help line
Customer service number. The representative walked me through the process and it notified that it was an error again so he walked me through the process telling me that I needed to manually put in my ZIP Code and make sure that my address was correct which I did- and to Uncheck the shipping box? lol
Long story short, he told me to call back or go to the store at the mall and make my order there. I decided to check my bank so I went inside Chase Bank and they told me that I was being charged for three separate orders. And there was nothing I could do about it, so I called Tillys customer service back and they were blaming my bank rather than their stupid computer system that has glitches and they know it.
Their customer service was horrible. I ended up spending seven hours- all morning until 1 o’clock. Horrible company will never shop there again. Don’t trust online orders.
They argue and make excuses.
So basically, those three orders worth over $200 is on hold, I cannot use it. This should be illegal.

Charged for an order that didn’t go through

I made an order using my international credit card which is normal for some sites to not go through because of the discrepancy between the shipping and the billing address. Fine, if that’s the problem, I won’t buy from them. But for Tilly, they say that the order did not go through but they charged my credit card anyways. I chatted with their customer service and they say that “ The pending authorization will automatically fall off from your account within the next 3 to 5 business days.” and after 5 business days, the charge status changed from Pending to Approved and fully charged. Sent an email to the CS again and they couldn’t help rectify the problem. So I guess I’ll be donating 69.12 dollars to Tilly’s then?

They did NOT ask me if I wanted to make a donation and just added it to my receipt. If they had asked, I would have gladly donated the $1.00. It's not the dollar, it's the fact that they automatically did it without my consent. Very bad and shady way of doing business.

If could give Tilly’s zero stars I would. Their customer service is horrid. I ordered 5 things online and received 2 out of the 5 with horrible customer service and response time. I even called and they said they would resolve the issue. It has been a month and now they have closed the case and said it was resolved after going back and forth for over 10 emails. Nothing has been resolved and I’m missing 3 items and no credit offered. Horrible horrible. I swear they are a scam company. They ship a few items out of the order or don’t ship at all and say it’s a ship carrier error. I am going to file a refund with my credit card company. Do not buy online! I repeat! Do not buy online!

I was so scared to give Tillys a try…

I was so scared to give Tillys a try based on the terrible reviews and 1 star satisfaction...but they were literally the only remaining store that had a pair of shoes that was going out of production. So, I ended up choosing 2-day shipping just to try to give myself a bit more peace of mind...but prepared myself to have to deal with not getting the items on time or at all...and to my delight, the order went through seamlessly, I got the product ordered and it was in tip-top shape in the brands original box, and I got it in 2 business days! Thank you Tillys for pulling through on this one! 😊

I received a order confirmation email…

I received a order confirmation email from Tillys for sneakers. I never placed an order and had no idea what Tillys was. The name on the order and address wasn't mine. I then got two more emails,one for a review and one about shipping. I called the customer service line to inform them about the mix up so they could contact the person that actually placed the order. The woman could not have been more rude. She told me if it's not my card then delete the emails. I said I was concerned about the customer who did order and PAID for the order. She then stated that if the customer is concerned about the order they'll call when they figure out that they haven't gotten a confirmation yet! I'm glad I never heard of this company before and now know to never do business with them!

NEVER ordering again

My daughter NEVER received her shoes and my case was closed with Zero concern with not receiving my purchased item or a refund. No one has reached out to me since all of this has happened other than the agent that initially opened the claim. I definitely will not shop here again and anyone that asks me about your company will definitely get my honest opinion…which is you suck!

DO NOT TRUST TILLYS!!!!

My daughter bought some clothes from Tilly's back in June and was given a tracking number. While it says the item has been delivered and signed, we didn't receive anything on our end. We have checked with our neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them but no one received anything so far. We also checked with Tillys and apparently, they have checked with FedEx and confirmed that it has been delivered to us. So they closed the case and basically said it's not their problem now. Well, the case closed on their side, but what about us? We paid $70 over and get nothing because YOU chose an unreliable delivery company, and you don't take responsibility for it? They suggested we file a police report. Well, what will the police do in this case? Unfortunately, my daughter paid by debit card so she can't even dispute the charges. She is 16 and does not have a credit card.
