My experience was a very pleasant experience, unlike most of the reviews here. I live in Florida and Fedex was the shipper chosen for my area. I placed my order on 5/21 and it was received today, 5/26, just as Fedex promised. 5 days to cross the country isn't too bad. Both items ordered (a Vans backpack and lunchbox) were received and were as described on the site. Plus, I got them on a really good sale. I am glad that I did not read these reviews until after I made my purchase. Thank you Tillys!!

The watch doesn't keep time. The hands move around erratically and both fast and slow.
The band has velcro which ripped off after only a few wears.
It has no manual and the manual I did find online on another website showed the button functions on different buttons than the ones listed.
Of course it's final sale.

As an Orange County, CA native who has shopped in their stores for over 20 years, I am disappointed by the level of service I've received buying from their online store.
First of all, it takes over 2-3 weeks to receive orders, which is ridiculous. Yes, I live on the other coast now, but I've purchased items in Asia and Europe and had them arrive in just a matter of days. I had one item stolen because FedEx didn't honor my vacation hold. I took it up with Tilly's and they did absolutely nothing to replace the item or refund me.
Not wanting to give up on my favorite childhood store, I stupidly placed another order with them almost a year later. The items I ordered were too big, so I returned them. The shipping label tracked indicated that they received my item. A week had passed and they still did not refund my purchase. I had to start a dispute with my credit card company to get them to refund the money.
If you shop in store, it's a decent experience. However, avoid buying from them online at all costs. It's not worth the headache. If you really like an item, check the manufacturer's websites (Volcom, Stance, Free People, Roxy, etc.). The manufacturers may charge more but at least you'll be spared the bad service.

I’ve made a purchase from Tillys online I’ve made a return and sent it back to them on the February 17th it’s now March 22nd my tracking for the package has not moved since March 8th. After talking to 3 live agents who could not figure anything out one told me they’d email me, never did. So I called and I was told it takes up to 1-4 weeks for returns and to call back in another week or so if I hadn’t heard anything on my return on top of that each agent acted like I’m dumb for wanting to know what’s going on not even reassuring me. I hate Tillys now I’ve never had this happen with anything I’ve ever ordered and returned never will shop with them again. Horrible customer service rate them no stars.

Company uses cheap third party logistics
Instead of writing a new review here is the complain I sent to customer service. The solution Clinton with customer service presented to me is to call my bank and dispute the charges, which is fraud. They wont issue a replacement or a refund.

I had an order that was supposed to be delivered today, #13766268, it delivered yesterday evening, 2/6 @ 6:12 PM. The delivery service Tilly's contracted this order out to "Deliver It" did not have the basic common decency, capacity or sense to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. The delivery photo clearly shows the light on in my window on the first floor. We were home. There was no delivery notification email arrived until 4:07 am this morning from Tilly's indicated this was delivered.
This order needs to be replaced immediately. I need to ship with an actual legitimate/recognized service. UPS, FedEx and USPS, all of which utilize our community's Luxer One package lockers which completely avoids situations like this. I don't understand how hard it is to knock on a door or ring a doorbell. Its a fairly basic human function.
This is completely unsatisfactory and I will be hesitant to order from Tilly's online in the future so long as Tilly's continues to use " Deliver-it - Innovative Shipping Solutions for Less" ( Getting what you pay for I guess)"

I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and it was shipped with FedEx, FedEx kept rescheduling my delivery date and then my order was stuck for about a month and I decided to contact Tillys customer service. A woman named “Piper” responded back to me and said FedEx has admitted responsibility for loosing the package but she would file a claim with her managers to see what the next steps are. After a couple days of no response from Piper or Tillys I decided to reach out again and I just asked that the shirt be reshipped again because it was a gift and I just wanted this to be solved. It seemed pretty straightforward to me to have the lost package be resent again. So again a few days go by and finally Piper responded that Tillys would not give me a refund and they would not reship my package again. Instead, I was told to repurchase the shirt again and that I would get “store credit” for the value of the shirt which was $43. She attacked a code so I put the code in the checkout and I only got $5 off shipping, so that meant so I still had to be $43 for my lost package. I’m still trying to resolve this issue but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I can see why Tillys is a failing business, horrible customer service and overall lackluster products.

I ordered pants online that never came. I called the company several times and put a tracking order on the item to see what had happened. They claimed that the package had reached my city and there was nothing they could do to help me. I lost around $35 on pants that never came and they did not reimburse me with credit or give me my money back or do anything.

I have been shopping at this store for almost three years. The first time the store people asked me to open an account to get reward. I did. Today I noticed that nothing has been honored as reward to my purchase ever. I called the company and they said they are sorry and I had to open an account online!!!! After being on the phone for almost half an hour hearing nonsense, they agreed to consider my purchase reward just for 2022 and not before! I am not happy with thier attitude and thier reasoning.

Good Products But Shipping Isnt Their Fault
I have read reviews prior to shopping and 90% of them are aimed at FedEx not delivering so I tried my luck. I am $2000 in so far and 0 missed packages. Yes, I have had to stop FEDEX from delivering to my neighbor but seems alot of reviews are petty hate towards Tillys. Lots of people lie and steal packages which is likely why Tilly's cant help for a delivered package but maybe go take legal action to FedEx so their mail carriers do their job right. I just got my son's new skateboards (yes three) and they are genuine to include his Vans shoes, but I cannot speak for everyone here just seems to be a lot of FedEx complaints that almost made me not shop here. Glad we didnt listen.

When I joined on line I was offered 20% off my first purchase. When I bought something they did not discount me and their answer was, quote, "NOT AVAILABLE ON THAT ITEM' They take your phone number and e-mail but don't tell you it does not apply to all items. How many items does it not include???
In my cart it advertised "SPEND $4.01 OR MORE AND RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING' but it did not show as a deduction and the representative said "Free shipping on orders over $49" Missleading invoice.
Not a reputable company to deal with in my opinion and after many e-mails to them they discounted nothing. One would have thought they would have given a 'goodwill' discount but nothing from them.

Totally agree with the comments below. They don’t want to take responsibility over stolen or lost items, that were never delivered by FedEx. They told me to dispute charges with the Bank. Actually it’s merchant’s responsibility. So, they are scam for sure and stealing from people. No way, I’m going to order anything from this store!

Horrible customer service! After reading these reviews I see it's an issue with this company! Placed an order and it was NEVER delivered to my address! Tilly's apparently "investigated" with FedEx and now won't take responsibility. They won't send new items or refund. So I'm just out of luck on money spent to this company. Spoke to customer services who advised a way for me to order from uk (as they don’t ship to uk) which worked, and package arrived at my friend’s place in LA within a week. He then sent it on to me in uk. Quite happy with Tillys’ service all round and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again if it was something I couldn’t find here in the uk. All good.
