I tried to enter in my information for an online order. All the information is correct when checking out and it constantly says they cannot process the order cause something appears to be incorrect when that’s not the case. Now I see why people hate ordering online from them

I purchased a foot support to fit on my bicycle as I am disabled and could not keep my foot on the pedal. When I got home it would not fit my cycle so I returned to the shop for a refund. I was refused a refund even though I had the receipt and had only bought it a few days earlier. Fortunately I needed a safety chain and so was able to change it for the chain. I had also intended to purchase a helmet but because of the unhelpful attitude of the person that served me, I decided to buy the helmet elswhere. This is very short sighted of this store as they have lost a future long term customer as I will not be using this shop again.

When you call customer service it is super slow and when they put you on hold its even slower. Twice I have called speaking to different customer service reps and they always seem bothered. I was nervous after I ordered a pair of Adidas that sell for $90 for $35 from Tillys, then I read the reviews and got a pit in my stomach. Thought I’d been scammed again.I signed up for text updates on my package and they sent them frequently. The shoes came today! They are real and they are just as pictured! No issues here. Shipping took awhile but they came from LA and I’m in Kentucky. Also shipping takes awhile from everywhere it seems anymore. I’m not sure what’s happened with everyone else using them but I will absolutely purchase again they have amazing deals! And if you’re really nervous use PayPal so you can dispute if you don’t receive your items.

I bought a shirt online they charged me 2 times in the same amount for the order on may the 3rd then charged me again on may the 6th for a different about. I called customer service and asked about the charges. The lady said they charge you’re card twice one’s a hold I guess to see if you have the money and that charge will be dropped off with the product ships. So I ask has the product shipped she said yes is why are there 2 charges on there? So then she tells me it’ll be on there for 5 to 7 days. Meanwhile she don’t even know about the other charge. She’s going to have her team look into it and email me back. My advice don’t go through the hassle of buying online. Odds are the same thing is going to happen to you and you’ll have to call and talk to some rude lads on the phone it’s just not worth it to me.

DO NOT use them!!! I had to contact the California attorney generals office to dispute the fact that I never got my package with $200 worth of clothing in it. They ship through OnTrac (which is known for being shady), and OnTrac said the package was delivered, but I have a doorbell camera and no one showed up that day with a package. Tilly's refused to make it right, and said since it says delivered there is nothing they can do. Most companies would want their customer happy, but Tilly's refused to help me after 12 calls to their customer service. I finally contacted the CA attorney general through their complaints form, and it forced Tilly's to answer to my complaint and send me my money back. If you are having issues with their horrible customer service, reach out to your local attorney general's office and they will get it handled for you! After reading through multiple reviews, it seems that they have a lot of issues with missing packages.

This store DOES NOT HAVE SAME DAY CURBSIDE PICKUP!! I ordered my husband's Valentine's gift online at 9:00am and I thought I would run by after work to pick it up since Tilly's offer's this service. However when I called the store and asked when it would be ready the girl on the phone stated that they fulfill all their orders at 8am and will NOT fullfil anymore orders until the next day! So DO NOT order anything online if you intend to pick it up the same day because they are false advertising same day curbside pickup! I even asked her if there was anyway she could fullfil my order because it was a Valentine's Day gift and she refused. Poor Customer Service!! I'm very disappointed because I do love Tilly's and so does my Husband but after this I'm taking my business else where. 😮💨😡

I ordered pants from Tully’s that NEVER ARRIVED. I called several times and emailed several times. They DID NOT return my emails or calls as promised until I requested a refund. I was given a store credit but was unable to make any online purchases

So far not so good. I ordered a shirt last night for $40 and the website had an issue where I was charged the money but the order wasn’t processed. I knew there was gonna be trouble because I didn’t get a confirmation number for my order from tilly’s. I called them and the woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She even listened to me complain but nevertheless was helpful. She said a couple days would go by to get my money back, and that sometimes there’s a problem with internet connection or credit cards and I told her I usually use Amazon or eBay and never had any trouble like this before and in a competitive market like online sales it would be smart to take precautions against stupid mistakes like this especially when you’re selling overpriced shirts I could find on Amazon for half this much.

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered some clothes for my son for Christmas and never received them. I contacted customer service and they had to get ahold of Fed Ex to see if it was delivered. I just got an email today stating that Fed Ex says they delivered the items but I never received them and they closed my issue. I will never ever buy clothes from this company again. They are a joke.

I read all of the bad reviews only after I purchased 2 hoodies and I was a bit scared it won't arrive. But surprisingly it arrived after 2 days just on time! The hoodies look and fit great, just as expected. High-quality clothes and fast shipping. From my experience they did amazing job and I will come back to buy more again! 🙂

Horrible customer service and they just don't care. Ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present on 1 December. When it didn't arrive we reached out and we're told it was still on the way but expected 15 December. Still told to wait a couple of days. Now it's the 18th. No chance to get it reissued and they are saying issue a claim with fedex. I didn't buy from fedex. No sympathy. No understanding. And No HELP. I'm done with these jerks.

Merchandise is spot on. Other than that there god awful. Useless customer service. There shipping partners Fed X are just as bad if not worse. If you plan on ordering good luck getting product. Any problems don't call them. I was told call your credit company to get refund. Hands down worse experience with a company I have had. I would recommend you buy from someone else, anyone would be better.

DO NOT BUY FROM TILLYS!! We ordered a $350.00 iSUP board from them. Once we opened the package we discovered they sent us the wrong one. We set up a return the following week. We never saw our accounted credited. We called a month later and they said we returned the iSUP board back used and damaged (which is not true). They refuse to give us our money back and said they will ship us back the WRONG iSUP board they sent us or throw it away. On top of all this, Tillys never contacted us to tell us they weren’t going to refund us, Tillys did not take any pictures to show us the “damage”, Tillys never sent us back the WRONG iSUP board they sent us, and Tillys did not even refund us for the shorts we had also bought and sent back bc they did not fit. So now we are out $350.00 and no iSUP. HORRIBLE customer service, almost non existent. Spend your money else where. #tillys #donotbuyfromtillys

ordered a single pair of pants on 9/08 and they keep delaying my order or it ships to a new place and sits there for 4 to 5 more days. Never ordering from this company again. Customer service is a joke.

I bought a watch online for my son for $105. When I opened the package there was no watch! When I called customer support they said they would investigate it. About 1 week later they sent the email and said they completed their investigation and would not issue a refund. Just to be clear - the are accusing their customer (me) of theft rather than accepting that someone in their supply chain had stolen or misplaced the item. This is a shady business. Buy at your own risk!
