The only way I could review is by giving tilted sole a 1 star review. This is the worst costomer service I have ever experienced. You cant even send them and email. I believe this whole sight is a scam. Please read all the reviews before you order from here.

Not sure what to make of this site yet

Not sure what to make of this site yet. I ordered a pair of shoes from them yesterday (I chose to pay through PayPal option) and today I was refunded with no explanation. I emailed the company to find out why I was refunded and they responded and said I was refunded due to fraud. ?! Not sure how to take that. I just wrote them back because I would still like the shoes and that is a very odd reason that I would like some clarification on! We will see what happens. I mean can I get some Christmas shoes lol. Maybe they didn’t like that I used PayPal to protect myself from fraud? But it’s an option on their site. Has anyone else had this problem?

Misleading inventory

I ordered shoes for a birthday and a week went by with no progress on my order. The fine print on the website says they check several places to see if they have the shoes. They should either only put up what they have or not take payment until they confirm they have shoes.

Bad Service !

I ordered a pair of Untitled Converse High tops but still no update with my order. I ordered this pair on the 26th of May and emailed to company twice I don’t know what’s going on. Even if it’s Covid I should still receive an email to know you are backed up...

Garbage customer service.

Garbage customer service.

Ordered on 11th April, apparently the shoes were shipped and got as far as USPS centre on 17th April according to tracking provided, there they have stayed for almost a month, I have contacted Tilted Soles "customer service", who will "get back to me" only they don't bother, fed up of chasing them now to get information as to what has happened.

Buy elsewhere.

Beware frauds

I ordered $455.00 worth of shoes from this site on 4/13/20 It is now 4/22/20 I have yet to receive a confirmation that my order is being shipped they have the app Aarive and they are still waiting on confirmation I read through all these reviews and notices a number I called the number and they have this bull crap machine saying due to covid-19 they are not answering phone I'm gonna dispute this order with my credit card company beware this place is fraud

To the Product Packer

Whoever packed my shoes... Your packing job sucks, $350 for a pair of shoes... My shoebox should be intact & it is destroyed... I anticipated to keep my shoebox for my shoe storage & now this is not happening... Let the packer of my shoes know that they should add filler paper around the inside of the shipping box, if the box is not a perfect fit with the shoebox in it... As a former shipping expert myself, I am beyond disappointed with the packing job provided with my purchase.

I purchased a single pair of Dr

I purchased a single pair of Dr. marten boots in a size 8. Everything was fine until I got my shipment. One shoe was a size 8 and one shoe was a size 9. I contacted customer service and it took several emails for them to understand that I have a single pair of shoes with two different sized shoes (I had to reword the email over and over again, because they wanted to have me ship shoes back for no refund). After they finally grasped what happened they sent me a return label so I could get an exchange. After a week I still hear nothing so I contact customer service. They tell me that even though the website says my size is in stock, and the customer service rep said the exchange was possible, they don't have it. (which means the haven't had my size in stock for over a week but they still refuse to update the website to reflect the fact that something is no longer available). They promised a refund. Two weeks later I had to seek action with my credit card company because they refused to refund. Only after my credit card company reached out did they do a refund.

Avoid at all costs.
