Customer service is fantastic. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and one just didn't look good on me. They sent me a return label right away and I sent back next day.
Just love the shoes I kept and would absolutely recommend purchasing from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEM. Ordered a pair of boots and ended up cancelling because the shipping took way too long. Waited for tracking info for 3 weeks never received that, so I cancelled my order. After cancelling my order they said allow 3 - 10 business days for money to process back to my account, a month later still have not seen that money. If you have ever had any issues with this company please report them to the BBB, because they are most certainly scamming people.

They ship from one state away from me so I thought " That's great. Shipping should only take a couple of days." Nope. I have never waited for a package this long in my life. Horrible experience. I wish I could just return the shoes but they haven't even came yet.

I would love more irregular choice platform sandals.. love the brand and cheaper prices on sales and discounts. Bargain shopper so what would allow me to buy more is a cheaper price, more for my money

Great site with great sales and deals. My go to for Irregular Choice shoes. Items aren't packaged as secure as I liked. Shoe box is just thrown in another box with nothing to stop it from sliding around. Shipping box is not marked in any way, not even as fragile. One of my boxes came crushed/torn to the extent where even the shoe box inside was extremely torn. Luckily IC themselves wrap the shoes in paper very nicely so the shoes themselves weren't damaged but I can't say the same for any other brands.

I purchased a pair of Steve Madden slides from Tilted Sole. They shipped from California and I live in New York. I received them on time and they were exactly as described. These shoes were sold out everywhere so I took a chance and am so happy that I did. They are a legit company. They were not seconds, as they do sell and they are discounted because of that. I just recommend that you keep that in mind. I will definitely buy from them again. 😁

I ordered Irregular Choice Bee Delicious boots in pink and recieved one shoe completely damaged and clearly used - no tissue stuffing, missing pearls, a scuff, and dirt on the bottom of the shoe. The other shoe, to my intense confusion, was perfectly fine. I don't understand how that could even happen. (I provided photographic evidence to customer service, by the way)

I emailed customer service and they offered me a $20 refund to keep the damaged pair - are you KIDDING me? These shoes were $100 dollars and one is damaged and clearly used.
My only other option was to send these back and then be exchanged with a new pair - however they couldn't confirm if I would be able to get a new pair as they were for sale (why not...I don't know, set them aside? This was your mess up not mine)

TL;DR: Don't buy from this site unless you want to risk getting damaged shoes and then being offered essentially nothing in compensation. I have NEVER dealt with a site that didn't offer a full refund or secured new item when I received something damaged.

The website has excellent prices on shoes that would be drastically higher. As a high school student I'm into the shoes that no one really knows much about. The top name brand sneakers are cool and all but there's no better feeling when someone asks you, "Yo, I've never seen those before, those are dope where'd you get them?" The feeling I get when I can confidently reply to them that I got them from tilted soles is a great feeling. And then once I tell them the original price of the shoe compared to what I paid for it, their mouths drop to the floor in awe and they quickly rush to the website. Tilted soles has a great and wide variety that really focus on the lesser known shoes and shed a new light on them to show that they have just as much of a fashion impact like any top brand shoe. Besides the widespread variety they have great prices, they have a great shipping system, a VIP rewards program and multiple discount codes applicable at different times during the year. So you're spending little money on high fashionable shoes and then with all the great opportunities to get great discounts and deals the price is lowered even more. Since the time that I figured out about this website which was about two years ago, I have bought five pairs of shoes and I honestly don't think that I've even paid a total of $200 yet and I've bought FIVE pairs of shoes. Without hesitation and without a single thought of doubt I can easily say that I'd recommend tilted soles to anyone and I proudly have.

My first purchase. Shipping was speedy. So pleased that I immediately placed another order.

Ignored my email and never gave me a confirmation email of my order! I ordered a pair of shoes that cost $74.00 and nothing! Only paypal sent a confirmation saying they took my money!!!! Wow, take my money and give me no product!? What is this? It is a scam. Glad I decided to check on other people's experiences, sadly after I already made an order.

Terrible service. I paid for two day shipping on an item and 4 business days later it still had not been shipped. After calling customer support multiple times with no answer, I finally got an answer on INSTAGRAM. INSTAGRAM!!! I emailed 3 times before calling. Still no answer.

Someone promised to get down to the issue by the end of the day but instead of owning up to their lack of professionalism, they issue me a refund. No one ever bothered to email me back. Nor did they explain their reason for the mess up.

This is not good business practice. Never shopping on this site again. Stick to DollsKill or buying directly from the Product lines because this shop obviously is lacking in customer service skills and cannot fulfill the most basic of tasks.
