I telephoned 'Timbersheds' twice and left contact details on their voicemail; no return call was made to me. So I decided to ping an email with my contact details and a request to contact me about a 'pre-sales' enquiry. I never received ANY communication from this company whatsoever. Now I guess there are any number of "Bob the Builder" BS excuses for this.

All I would say is either this so-called company at 'Unit 19' has undergone a process of 'enshittification' or has gone bust!

I am completely bemused by the 5-star reviews and would question their authenticity.

What a wonderful company.
Kristina from sales answered all my questions and I then placed my order. Order came within a week. Ryan the delivery man was brilliant. Very helpful, cheerful and gave me some good advice. Good quality materials and sturdy build.

We ordered a summerhouse from their 'super' range and really impressed by the quality. The team came to us and installed the summerhouse for us. We just had to make sure we had the base ready. They were really friendly and the summerhouse was perfect. We highly recommend Timber Sheds.

We were very impressed with the service and shed quality from this firm. I had bought elsewhere before.. (a well known and advertised firm) and was very dissappointed in the slapdash way the purchased shed was made. Not this time, an excellent well made shed that went together a dream. A very happy customer!
