Horrible customer service! I purchased on Dec10 for
Christmas present, said there was 5 in stock hurry and order for Christmas delivery. It's now January 3 and no delivery. Been emailing them since Dec. 16 and it takes about 3 days to get response, it has been back and forth fir a few weeks now. Last reply to me its was going out on Dec 29 or 30 and going to forward me tracking info. Now not replying to my emails. Do not recommend this Company.

do not do not do not order from this company, they kept lying about shipping it even created a UPS shipping label to make it look like they shipped it but never actully did, i filed complaints with UPS the BBB my credit card company and the Texas Attorney General's office for consumer affairs

This company is terrible. Their customer service is nonexistent. They will take your money and not ship your item don’t do business with this company just google all the reviews and you will see why

Awful company, the shelf I ordered was allegedly in stock, but after a few emails of lying about upcoming shipping dates they dropped off all communications. After a month I requested a cancellation and refund, also met with silence, so reporting it through the credit card company

I ordered the 36" concealment shelf in black 2 weeks ago. It arrived in just 3 days but unfortunately it was badly damaged. I sent an e-mail to Timber Vaults about the issue and received a reply within 24 hours. They requested pictures of the damage which I did. Within 24 hours they e-mailed me with their sincere apology offering a replacement or refund. I got a replacement delivered in 3 days in perfect condition. That's a great company that really cares about it's customers.

Timber Vaults customer response is non-existent and unresponsive to phone calls, emails and text messages. Bought one a month or so back. Lock mechanism is unresponsive even after following all the troubleshooting information online. I’d send this back in a heartbeat if I thought I’d ever get a response! Avoid this company like the plague.

I was excited to receive my Timbervaults shelf, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I reached out to their customer service for support, hoping for a resolution, only to be met with a dismissive response. They informed me that their warranty only covers 7 days from delivery—a surprisingly short period for a company selling premium furniture.

Despite the issue being related to product quality and not misuse, they showed no willingness to offer a replacement or even partial compensation. Their tone felt more like a technicality-driven brush-off than a genuine attempt to help a customer.

For the price point and branding, I expected better quality control and a more customer-focused support experience. I won’t be purchasing from Timbervaults again, and I would caution others to be aware of the extremely limited warranty and lack of post-sale accountability.

Minor problem. Contacted company. Told them what part I needed. No response. And I share my experience every chance I get.

Fast shipping. Solid product. The mounting screws for the sheet rock werent great so I took 1 start off. Other than that I'm happy.

Customer Service is excellent. Very well made and solid construction. Design is very well though out. Would recommend this to anyone for quick access to small firearm to protect the family

Beautifully made and high quality! It's a gift for my husband, he hasn't gotten it yet. But I did take it out and look at it. He is going to love it!

I purchased this for two glocks. Quality and paint were shockingly nice. I couldnt hit a stud we have metal studs so I had to purchase my own heavy duty wall anchors. Definitely the best mount around as its hidden steel and not the grandma brackets other sell :)

I have received all three that I ordered. We are moving into our house at the end of the month, so I haven't taken them out of the boxes. Will update when I get them up on the wall!!

This shelf is very well thought out. The metal hanging piece is awesome. Sits on the wall like a tank. The quality of the wood parts are really nice.

Total scam company. The locking mechanism died after about 1 year. So I contacted the company to troubleshoot or get a replacement. They first lied and said they couldn't find my name or order number, so therefore we didn't buy from them. I then forwarded the actual receipt proving we bought from them, and then they ghosted me.

The shelf is just okay, no big deal, overpriced for the quality. More importantly, I believe the company is going out of business. If you have ANY issues with your order; something not shipped as promised etc, you better be ready for a BIG HASSLE. Not worth doing business with, I totally would never recommend this company or product to anyone.

This is not the cheap shelf I was expecting. This is very high quality. I was frickin shocked! The metal bracket is awesome. The one I have from another company has granny brackets to support the shelf. This one has a solid steel metal bracket. You could park a smart car on this thing!

Quickly helped with an issue I had upon receipt of item. Thank you so much for being a great seller. Will buy from again.
