I agree with other people who have left…

I agree with other people who have left bad reviews here. Do not buy at timex I am currently £145 out of pocket. they did send me the watch that I ordered but tried to cancel within an hour of ordering to no avail. They then told me that a return label would be included with the parcel when I received it so I could return the watch, but guess what no label. The watch looks cheap and badly made. They answer my emails with more questions and then silence. The phone number they give is based in the US and is constantly closed The returns link they give for Royal mail does not work.leaving me currently unable to do anything but keep the cheap looking watch that they sent, no address either. I am sure that any good reviews that are posted here are fake just as the site appears to be.

Most Horrible customer service ever.

Still waiting for my order. Customer service is non-existent. First time purchase from their website. My friend had no issues with her order but this is getting ridiculous. No way of cancelling the order without having to call the bank.

Update: I have received my order after more than a week. The customer service did not reply to any email. Guess what? They rejected all of my reviews of the product and any mention of customer service in the product reviews. It is so heavily moderated. DO NOT deal with this company with such dubious practice.

Absolutely diabolical!

Absolutely diabolical!! The watch strap has broken in a record 8 months and I have sent 4 emails and had absolutely no response. It is utterly shocking that they run their business this way. Buy a watch from another company is my top tip

Purchased a Timex Explorer watch…

Purchased a Timex Explorer watch however within a week the strap pin had come off twice. in the following 2 weeks the pin was lost 3 more times. Ive contacted Timex Customer Service twice and get the same generated reply - basically we will get back to you. So far, after a few weeks, it's obvious that the customer service dept doesn't work or care

Unresponsive Customer Service

I ordered a watch from their website on 10/9/22, paid for update ground shipping, & got a email confirmation that also stated I would be notified when it's dispatched. I emailed their customer service on 10/11/22 since I hadn't received any notification. Since I didn't receive a reply on the following dayI tried calling their customer service, which the automated system didn't work, i.e., asked to press 1 for English but didn't recognize the reply. So after pressing 1, 10 times I pressed 0 which sent me to customer service hold, which I held for 15 minutes, then ended the call. I paid for 3-5 day delivery but if I knew it was going to take longer I could have ordered the same watch from Amazon for $15 less but with a 10-15 day delivery.

Mirroring the majority of the messages…

Mirroring the majority of the messages on here Timex customer service is non existent. I have tried twice and still no response.
My watch has a misalignment at the 12 o'clock mark and wanted to contact their customer service about this. Sadly it shows they are now producing watches that are not being quality controlled and ignoring customers. I have other timex watches from the past but don't think I will buy anymore and cannot recommend. Make your own decision but just be wary.
**** Following on from this review Timex messaged to say their customer service representative would be in touch......Nearly 3 weeks on and no one has been in contact! Their customer care is dreadful. Sad to say I will never buy from Timex again****

Website doesn't work, no customer service

I tried to order a few watches in Timex.EU. With my accepted creditcard I got the message "Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings and try again. Thank you for your patience!". I tried with 2 other creditcards, but still the same message.
Contacting customer service didn't work. Phonenumber is not in usage and I never got any replies on my e-mails I've sendet.

Worst customer service ever very rude…

Worst customer service ever very rude person behind calls.
For repair they only have one person that dealing with it and when he’s in holiday he takes the watches with him which it’s completely wrong. I m very disappointed in not having a watch FOR holiday as they take longer to repair it as lack of personnel.

I received broken watch

I received broken watch, reported an issue on second day. They refused to replace as I dont have the box. I bought a watch not the box. They stopped replaying fonemails. Disgusting customer service.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW!

I've owned quite a few Timex watches since the 1970s and I've never had a single problem. I purchased a Timex watch on Wednesday 10-1-20 from a department store. It has the steel wristband which you stretch out and put over your hand when you put the watch on your wrist.

On Saturday 6-18-22, if you do the math having worn the watch 5 days a week for that period of time and not wearing it on the weekends I've probably put this watch on and take it off my wrist a total of about 800 to 840 times.

On this particular date when I went to take the watch off the part of the strap near the top of the watch itself broke on one side.

I waited until today, Monday 6-20 - 22 and I phoned Timex to explain the situation. A gentleman called Migelle (sp) answered in customer service and to cut a long story short after I explained all the above to him, he sent me a 15% email coupon if I bought a Timex watch strap!

Let me get this straight your poor workmanship has failed, and I've got to buy another watch strap. What a spit in the face. If I was Timex I'd have said, "We're so sorry for the trouble and thank you for having faith in our products for so many years. We'll send you out a new watch strap.

I've nothing further to say. I think this company's poor response to a customer who's been with them for almost half a century says it all!

Perhaps I’ve been unlucky and timex…

Perhaps I’ve been unlucky and timex watches are usually great. I purchased a Waterbury yellow faced watch and was pleased with it, bought my husband a decent timed watch, his never worked and returned it and timex repaid with no quibble. My yellow watch stopped working and I thought battery, left it a while and tried to get it working with a new battery but it’s broken 😞so my experience with timex watches hasn’t been great.

New day, new review

I'll keep writing here until my situation is going to change. Thanks to trustpilot to give me this way to talk to TIMEX, but i seriously doubt anyone is reading this.
Simply because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EUROPE.
My package is ready since more than one week, just waiting that people "working" for timex in amsterdam give it to dhl. But unfortunately, there are NO ONE WORKING IN AMSTERDAM OFFICE. I tried to call every single day at different hours, but nobody answer.

Be very careful before ordering from timex europe, that's all I Can say.

Crappy customer service

Crappy customer service. There was no return label in the box so wanted them to send me one:

Answer to my email on the 12th:
"Thank you for your email. I can definitely request a return label. I would just like to confirm as to what's the reason for the return and what are the items that you would like to return?"

And after several more emails got this on the 23rd:
"I already requested the label. I will send it to you once available."

Now its the 28th and still no label after several reminders. I can imagine how long it will take to get my refund.

Think twice before ordering. 2 stars because i guess it could be worse and products seamed ok.
