Really bad custumer service

Really bad custumer service. I got the wrong watch. I want to return it, but there where no return label in a box, i sent them 8 emails for the return label and got one answer after 14 days. They have 30 days return policy. Their 00 800 6667 7000 number doesnt exist. Still waitning on email...Never again Timex.

Beyond bad customer service…

Beyond bad customer service regarding my recent watch order. I placed my order and then heard nothing for over a week so I decided to email timex customer services and still didn’t hear anything. I sent a further email which was ignored so called their customer services who after a long wait informed me there was no stock in their warehouse. I then attempted to place an alternative order whilst on the phone to check the stock situation and was told I would be called back within an hour to do this. Two weeks later still no call so I took my business else where. I never got to see the watch but quite possible the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Really not worth piling on at this…

Really not worth piling on at this point. Ordered a watch via their craptastic UPS/USPS combo service. Once the watch was handed off to USPS...into the ether--read, someone's pocket--the watch went. A month later, I am still trying to get a refund despite no tracking showing the watch delivered or, well...anywhere. Kudos Timex.

Looks like i'm adding onto the list of bad reviews. I ordered a watch which arrived faulty. Emailed customer services and they actually responded in a timely manner saying we will accept the return and produce a returns label...over a week later nothing in my inbox. I've even chased them 3 times and still yet no response. Since then i re-ordered the same watch in the hopes i would be able to return the other so potentially have paid twice for the same watch! TIMEX - please can you establish a UK calls centre and take accountability for delivering on your customer service promise! i hope this review finds its way to someone in the EU branch that can help me...until then i will continue emailing as the contact number provided is chargeable for UK residents!

I wish we could go low then one star,
I order the Waterbury Classic Automatic Watch paid,
got the email to confirm, check a few days later, then see my order has been canceled, no email, nothing
I have now emailed them twice still no reply,
and it seems they do not care, just look how many people have complained about then, it is time companies should be fined for this, and give the money to a charity

The Milano XL That Wasn't

Approx. two weeks after purchasing the Milano XL 38mm online with Timex, I received an email from Timex simply stating, "Your order has been cancelled". That was it, no apology and no explanation. I therefore contacted Timex CS via email and after another couple of days I was simply advised that, "it turns out your order was cancelled due to lack of stock". Again, nothing close to an apology. Given my experiences with this transaction, Timex CS and the stock control issues Timex highlighted, it would be impossible for me to recommend Timex as a retailer.

Try Seiko or Casio instead

I thought I'd give Timex a try as my first ever watch was a Timex and I quite liked the look of the new Georgio Galli S138. So I ordered from the Timex website and waited. Then I waited some more. Then a bit longer. After several weeks I then received a blunt email saying my order had been cancelled. No explanation. Apparently I'm not the only one. I won't be looking to re-order and I'm leaving this review as a warning to other potential customers.

junk watch and poor customerservice.

Boughta timex watch approx. a year and a few days. The crown fell off that changes time fell off and was lost somewhere. I got online and found the Timex repair website. Filled out and sent watch to them along with $30.00 for repair even though watch was only a few days over warranty period of 1 year. It has been about 45 days and finally got an email that my watch was sent back to me. After checking with fedx I discovered that watch was coming from Lapu City in the Philippine's! My advise is don't waste your time on Timex junk. They were once a good watch. Too bad.

Buyer be aware
The followings are what had taken place for my order:

1. Order was made on 31 October 2021;

2. Timex sent me an email on 3 November 2021 informed me that the order was cancelled and Timex undertook it would not charge my credit card;

3. Subsequently, I found out Timex charged my credit card and my bank confirmed that it was not merely a holding fund but Timex did present the request for payment. I was required to pay for the cancelled order;

4. I emailed Timex several times for the problem but Timex did not reply any of my emails. I contacted Timex online chat but was told that Timex cancelled the order and there was no indication that my card was charged. Timex refused to take any further steps to fix the problem;

5. I had to file a complaint with Visa and asked for an investigation just like any other unauthorized transaction.

As at the time of this write up, Timex has not sent me any watches and Timex has not taken any steps to fix the problem. Please be aware.

This appears to be a scam.

Ordered a watch from Timex recently. They subsequently cancelled my order without even notifying me. I only found out when I chased them two weeks later.

The reason? Apparently the stock levels on the website don't always match what they have available... seriously.

Terrible customer service just don’t bother

Terrible customer service, placed an order had confirmation email and after ten days sent a note to Timex asking when it was due for dispatch. Was told although I had placed an order and had the confirmation they actually didn’t have sufficient stock to cover it. I was told to reorder when they had stock. Very unhelpful, poor customer service I won’t waste my time again. Timex obviously don’t like 1 star reviews as this review was rejected twice by them as it breached their website guidelines.

Awful customer service, I have been waiting since January to get an issue resolved. It took until June to get a response from their repair team.

Placed my order 1 month ago, no news at all after this time. Communication from them is zero. Asked for a refund, but they're giving me the roundaround. Extremely bad purchasing experience, with plenty of frustration and the sensation I'm being scammed. Do not recommend at all.

Terrible service policy

The backlight on my Timex Expedition watch stopped working after a few months. The company asks for an $8 handling fee to repair the watch, and then there is a 2-4 week wait time. Don't buy Timex if you expect decent customer service.

Attention when ordering TIMEX products.

Unfortunately, TIMEX is apparently a very unserious company.

I have ordered for a Christmas gift 3 watches of which I had returned 2. Regardless of the fact that I had to pay the shipping fees myself, I have only been refunded 1 watch to date. Both watches were sent in one package, but only one was refunded. In the meantime, complaints are no longer answered.

Now I have paid over 500€ for 1 watch. Thank you TIMEX! Never again!

Worst customer service

I ordered a Timex watch for my husbands birthday, paid for it in full and then it was cancelled due to the item being 'out of stock'. However when I check their website it states this item IS in stock. Their live chat was absolutely useless. I explained that I paid for the watch in full, and he replied that it's a pending authorisation, so I checked with my bank, and they confirmed it has been taken out in full, and it's NOT pending. Even though he assured me Timex doesn't charge customers until the items are shipped. Well, thanks for nothing!

Timex Customer Service, Could Try Harder..Please

Timex Customer Service is the worst of any watch customer service I have ever had dealings with.
I wanted find a replacement strap for my Grid Shock and was told that the Timex website does not offer them and that I should search Google to find a replacement. Having already done a Google search prior to contacting them the advice was worse than useless. I replied to their email, however they couldn't be bothered to answer it.
