Visiting my home town & decided I'd try a Tims again after a long absence.

Major Kudos to Tim Hortons @ 1511 Hwy 35, Nipawin, Sk, Canada!!! For the FIRST TIME IN YEARS I was able to place an order in English (SHOCKED!!!); note the clerk understood what I was ordering AND have it handed to me 100% CORRECT!!! I'd have given a 5 save for clerk upselling more than I expected to pay. $2.49 hashbrown?..... SERIOUSLY???

Here's hoping other locations will note this & ONLY HIRE THOSE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH!!!

ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST PRIZES ARE ALMOST NON EXISTENT!

I usually look forward to ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST, but this year Tim Hortons is getting so bloody cheap with even the basic prizes which is really pathetic in my opinion!

I have patronized my local Tim Hortons franchise several times since the latest ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST began and all that I have won is one measly reward of a free coffee! All the other times were "please play again"!

Tim Hortons is really good at jacking up their prices (especially on steeped tea I might add!) BUT when it comes to lack of even basic prizes in ROLL UP THE RIM Tim Hortons wins the cheapskate award for being so chincy!

If they are going to be so frickin cheap, they might just as well cancel this stupid ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST PERMANENTLY!

Being so cheap with even basic prizes is a real slap in the face to your loyal customers!

Prices are outrageous

Arrives at Tim Hortons Drive Thru:

Me: hi, I'll get a sesame bagel with butter and cheddar.

Guy: we dont have sesame. Is everything ok?

Me: yes, everything is fine. Thanks for asking. 😭😪😅

... but everything was not "fine". Alicia and her son soon learned that bagel was nearly $5. And no, it was not sprinkled with gold flakes or made by the hands of gods. ....

(Ps if you didnt read that last part in Morgan Freeman's voice, im not sure we can be friends...)

Absolutely horrible this year for roll up the rim. Honestly, I have bought 7 extra large coffee's and haven't won a damn thing.. not even a donut. Wtf is wrong with you guys?? There are places that have way better coffee, but i go to Tim's because of roll up the rim. But whats the point if every cup is a loser.. cheap company.. this is not canadian anymore.. its all propaganda. I bet they just auto generate winners.. 1 in 5 my ass. Done with Tim's and their shitty coffee, shitty service and false promises..

I've asked numerous times for Boston creams to be put in a box and not in a bag because the chocolate sticks to the bag. They consistently want to put my Boston creams in a bag and I got a feeling that they're doing that to be passive aggressive and not want to listen!

3 hours wait for a half complete, incorrect order

I want to preface this by saying I usually love Tim Hortons and have never had an issue like this before. However, today we experienced absolutely unacceptable service from the Fosse Park, Leicester Store. We waited nearly three hours for delivery, and when it arrived, half the order was missing and the rest was cold and incorrect. We then had to drive to the store ourselves to get it remade — defeating the entire point of delivery. There was no apology, and they still got the kids’ order wrong. This branch clearly needs better management and quality control. We won’t be ordering from here again.

I have visited Tim's for decades and…

I have visited Tim's for decades and love all of them. Before renovating our local Verdun shop, locals would sit there all day, not buying anything but taking up vital space. Others couldn't find a seat and left. Since renovating, the management must have changed this rule. Now this shop is not full of locals, which is better for tourists. One more observation, the outside ad sign is never lit up, so tourists can't see this Tim's from Wellington Street. Please fix this!!

Not impressed with management team at…

Not impressed with management team at 1320 2nd Street East Cornwall on as my name is clearly being red flagged by the manager over at that location and to all locations across town. Diane Bosko seems to think it's some laughing matter having me denied over 100 times for employment and having all other locations denying me with my much experience. Seems to also think my families situation of nearly becoming homeless due to not being able to get work since Ridgewood had closed down. Laughing about our situation in front of other employees that then contact me to let me know these facts. Contacted head office regarding this aswell. Cannot red flag people for trying to get a job completely unethical and unprofessional.

Lakeside Tim Hortons Is Amazing!

The food was absolutely incredible! I had the BBQ Chicken toastie and it was marvellous, not the usual greasy slop you get at other coffee shops. And for once in my 22 years of life IM FULL 😂

The iced caramel latte was brilliant too! Wasn't too strong and was a perfect blend.

And the staff were so joyful and polite ❤️

100% will be visiting again
