Had to go elsewhere

Unfortunately I couldn’t comment on service or food as I couldn’t even purchase it as cash not accepted. This is a poor business model excluding cash paying customers not everyone feels comfortable using a card or even has a card on them

Favourite items removed - chai tea latte and steep tea. Why and for what reasons were they removed? Now, I don't even want to go there.

Disgusting Customer Service

I was at the Great Canadian Casino Resort in Toronto.Time was around 1 am.Ordered a coffee and I saw the screen advertising buy a coffee and get a donut for a $1 so I asked for that. The one taking orders at that time an Indian guy name T.J gave me an disgusted look and said time we don’t do that.I then pointed at the screen and told him about the promo which he didn’t even bother looking back gave a look like he’s all high and mighty. So i didn’t want to make it a big deal over a $1 and just paid regular price.Im not one that likes complaining this happened a week ago but the past 2 days I can’t get it out of my mind how his face expression was on that night and it’s irritating the hell out of me.This guy has no place in customer service or any place in the workforce. Please have this guy fired it would make me and I’m sure a lot of people extremely happy.

Tim Hortons has become the filthiest…

Tim Hortons has become the filthiest place to go for food. It is like no one cleans anything. The Washrooms are gross and un sanitary. The english spomen is broken and in corrrect. The place has become so cheap , you have to ask for a napkin when served food it is totally ridiculous. Health inspectors must be bribbed at these places , they should be shutdown.

I had a gift card so we stopped into…

I had a gift card so we stopped into the Tim Hortons at Five Mile and Newburgh Rd in Livonia Michigan.
We were greeted by "What do you wanna order?" The place was empty, except for one of their friends or relative sitting at a table.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich "meal". My wife ordered a coffee and apple fritter. The clerk asked me about my drink, then asked if I wanted chips with that. I said "doesn't it come with the meal?"
We went to get a seat and every table was dirty with crumbs or drip marks. The other clerk then handed me a bag with my sandwich and chips without saying a word, but our drinks were on the front counter. The grilled cheese sandwich was in a sleeve, but it was not cut...just left whole.
Upon reviewing my bill, I found I was not only charged for the "Grilled cheese meal", but a diet coke, a bag of chips and the apple fritter, and not the coffee?? Shouldn't the pop and chips have been included in the "meal"? Unfortunately I tossed the receipt.
It's not like they were busy. The two girls were in the back just talking, until one of them brought out food and drink for herself and the other person sitting at the table.
As a side note. Shouldn't the apple fritter have some pieces of apple in them? there were none, only the flavor of apple.
It'll be a cold day you know where before we revisit that Tim Hortons.

Zero Customer Service

I'd give no stars if possible. The store I visited twice - the first time the staff member had no clue what the Holiday meal was at Xmas and had to wait 10 minutes to receive my donut with the order. The second time the other day I was left waiting as no one was at a till. When someone finally opened a till he let 2 other people cut in front of me then he closed his till. After waiting 10-15 minutes total I just walked out.

Dissapointing Customer Service

I have purchased coffee (and food items) at the Wellington and Baseline Tim's (London, Ont) practically every day for several years. Yesterday I was given the wrong order and did not realize that until I got home. Today I went and asked for my correct coffee order (free of charge as I had paid for an order yesterday that I was unable to consume). I was denied 1 CUP OF COFFEE, and told that I should have brought the incorrect order back today. Very poor customer service. This was the first time in all the years that I have needed to ask for a replacement order.
