First class in every aspect, the logs are excellent and as described. Customer service was extremely helpful when i needed to track the all day delivery. The delivery was very on time, and the driver was very accommodating with regards to positioning the crates where we needed them. We now look forward to using them later in the year. Once again, the wood was supplied as requested; the only issue was that it was a day earlier than previously agreed. This is my third year of ordering wood, the first year I ordered a large crate of Oak, and the last 2 have been large crates of Beach. The beach seemed to burn better and longer.
