First class in every aspect, the logs are excellent and as described. Customer service was extremely helpful when i needed to track the all day delivery. The delivery was very on time, and the driver was very accommodating with regards to positioning the crates where we needed them. We now look forward to using them later in the year. Will most definitely use Timports again.

Once again, the wood was supplied as requested; the only issue was that it was a day earlier than previously agreed. This is my third year of ordering wood, the first year I ordered a large crate of Oak, and the last 2 have been large crates of Beach. The beach seemed to burn better and longer.

Our order was delivered promptly and well packaged.
The hornbeam logs are of excellent quality - the crate contains a good mix of different sized logs but with a generous proportion of larger logs (which burn slower and last longer). We have had crates from elsewhere in the past containing only smaller logs - these burn through quickly and were poor value.
Timports are supplying a premium product at a very competitive price and for the second year we are very happy. Highly recommended.
