Just one mini thing please make it clear that the mixed load comes in 2 separate crates, not a double crate as it appears in the picture, so you need enough space to have them side by side

So easy to order from Timports you can pick any day that suits you. The logs come fully wrapped up and they will do their best to put them where you want them. Best logs we've had and they burn hotter and longer than air dried logs, it's our second order and will definitely buy again.

Very efficient delivery arrangements…
Very efficient delivery arrangements the only problem was that the pallet etc was poorly constructed and the driver had great difficulty as it was coming apart, on previous deliveries the pallet etc is quite well made, so no problems, the driver did manage to deliver eventually but was very awkward for him

Outstanding throughout
I buy kiln dried logs every year and this is one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. Timports were just excellent through the whole process. Website was easy to navigate, good product info, price was very good and delivery easy to arrange with plenty of dates available. Delivery details were received and delivery was on time. Best quality logs I’ve ever had so overall extremely happy. If the price is as good in 2027 I will buy again from Timports.

A great service
A great service, straightforward to order and was able to pick a day for delivery. The driver was very helpful, he used his trolley to place the pallet in a perfect space so we can unload whenever we are free to do so.

Good quality wood
This is not the first time I have ordered from them. My whole process was automatic and since it went smoothly nothing to add here. My order of beech wood is of good quality and well packed. Delivery was as expected. Recommended to order from them if you find the price right.
