Did an order on 28th August still not arrived! I've now sent 2 emails to the support desk this week a d still no response

Took 3 weeks to arrive, was more than twice as expensive than alternative sites that delivered sooner once my original delivery estimate was surpassed. Wasn't notified/reminded that tracking information was available. Was expecting a padded envelope but was delivered in a cardboard box, with the contents rattling around inside. Used to be a good service, seriously gone down hill, would not recommend anymore unfortunately

Normally very good service from tingle and parcels arrive within the 2-3 days as expected. It’s now 7 days since I placed my order and no sign of delivery yet.

Delivery always late
My wife has an account and we usually order using her details however, the delivery is always longer then they state on the website. Thought it might be different if I register as a new customer but it’s been 7 days and still nothing! Pretty poor

Very disappointing so far. I have not received any correspondence or dispatch confirmation one week after making a purchase, despite the item showing on the website as being in stock I tried contacting the support desk email and have heard nothing back.

Not the best
Speed of delivery was average, and packing could have been better and made to fit through the letterbox.
Items delivered had a very poor expiry date, so disappointed as I will probably have throw a lot away and reorder.
