Sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience! All of our order confirmation emails should've been sent out automatically via Shopify (we'll look into that) and we also sent you an additional email to communicate the expected delivery day the same day you placed the order - I suspect this might have gone into your junk/spam folder? We did receive an enquiry about order delivery date over Instagram however neither the user profile nor message contained any identifiable details, we then asked about the order number but unfortunately never got a reply so was unable to follow up.
As with delivery, please be assured customers will only need to pay for re-delivery if they "refuse delivery" for no valid reason. In case no one is home when delivery is attempted, HK Post will keep the parcel at their local post office for 2 weeks to await customer's collection.
Despite it being a mere misunderstanding we do understand it must've been frustrating for you... We have now resent an email to the email address you placed the order with so we can assist you further, please let us know if you receive it in your inbox/junk folder. If you prefer to DM us on Instagram please include your order number and we'll get back to you usually within 24hrs. Thank you!
