If I could give them zero stars, I would have. I purchased these shoes. Wore them for like 5 hours and they began falling apart. I contacted them and sent them pictures. There response was send them back with me covering the cost of to gift them to someone. Who in the right mind would gift broken shoes. SMH. Absolutely poor customer service and quality. DO NOT PURCHASE from here if you want good quality or service. Complete SCAM 😡🤬😞

I ordered shoes for Tinstree. Over the top cheap. The shoes burst open within one hour of me wearing them. Very cheap plastic that they paint and it start peeling off. 🙄 I'm so not happy with this buy. Please don't buy from this company.

I ordered shoes, they sent a larger size. They said I have to pay to send back or they said give it as a gift.

Scam… You get your items that is if they’re the correct ones and then when you contact them via email they never will respond back to you. I’m just asking to return my products and get the correct return address and of course they will not respond back to me total farce

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY, RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM UNTIL NOW. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE RETURN ADDRESS. I WEAR SIZE 11. THE SHOE IS A SIZE 5 OR 6 WITH THE STICKER STATING ITS AN 11. I HAVE SENT 5 EMAILS, NO RESPONSE AS OF YET. ni have different numbers on the bag that dont match my number i ordered. smh

I do not recommend shopping here first off it takes two weeks to get your shoes second off the shoes are not true to size and they are not very good quality for the amount of money you are spending I actually ordered shoes they were too small and they were my actual size sizing them up to my other shoes they were much smaller and stiff as a board I bought the same shoes different company from Amazon they were less money and better quality and i Received them in a day

Okay, I ordered from them and then a few days later saw all the people saying it’s a scam. I was SO angry at myself, I thought I had wasted money due to my stupidity and gullibility. Then, the shoes came in. I ordered 1 pair of heels and 1 pair of boots. They look exactly how they did on the website and the correct sizes. The relief I felt! I don’t have a lot of money so I was stressed. So if you ordered some shoes and you are upset like I was, it might work out okay for you. It worked out well for me. From now on I will definitely do research before buying from new websites to be safe.

I am a bit miffed with this company...get it right or close down...I ordered my shoes (45.00) on August 22, 2022...I did not recve an e mail with a tracking or any important #`s...I left a complaint in an e-mail to them, no response...anybody speak english?...I have a close relative who is a lawyer & gets things done...I want my shoes or a refund...you're co. Is sure fast to take our money....scam!!!....one guess....enjoy my money...never again will I visit your web site!!!

Wow! I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Very disappointed with the shoes I ordered. Very concerned with the return process. A lesson learned. Always read reviews before ordering something!

Do not trust this website one bit! 100% a total scam! I ordered shoes over a month ago. First, I received an email that they were out of stock. Then I received another email saying that they were needing to be picked up at my local post office. I’ve had 50 emails since then again either saying I need to pick them up at the post office or that they are out of stock. Each time I have requested via email that they refund my money and cancel the order. This has not occurred and they continue to send the same emails over and over.

If I could give 0 I would, I ordered two pairs of shoes for $72 one pair had Velcro straps that wouldn't stay sticking together and the other pair was super lose fitting, making them both unsafe to wear, when I wanted to return them they said I wouldn't receive the cost of the shipping and would have to pay for them to be returned which would make it only be $30 of the $72 I'd receive back and when I asked them why I had to pay for the shipping cost both ways when the site states thats only the case if you want to return them because you decided you don't want them, but I wasn't returning due to the bad quality, they never responded again after I stated that I should be receiving a full refund, and the address where I was supposed to ship them back was listed as a discount bargain store with cheap items which these cost a lot despite being terrible quality

I ordered 2 pair of shoes, one of them I was told was out of stock the other was in the wrong size. I requested to return them for an exchange and was told that I would have to pay the shipping for their mistake. Getting them to respond to my EMail took almost a month but when they insisted I would have to pay, I opened a case with Pay Pal (I paid through Pay Pal) and I was refunded my money. I will NEVER order through them again as the quality of the shoes were also horrible.

Pretty sure that this is a scam website. I tried to return these plastic looking and feeling sandals and I cannot get anyone from customer service despite my multiple emails and requests for return information. One associate even told me to gift it to someone else??? Are you serious? This is ridiculous. Now they have waited so long to get back to me, the 30 days is almost up, so I will never get back to money I spent. This is PITIFUL and DEPRESSING.

Pretty awful company. They advertise the shoes in your size, you buy them, then a week later they email you it's no longer available. Well, why do you advertise it then? Every single time it's the same old story. Horrible customer service, they don't speak English, they have absolutely no work ethics, bunch of corrupt people running a cheap company.

The shoes I ordered for my son's wedding didn't fit. One shoe was looser than the other with no way to fix it. The clasp for the strap to go around the ankle was a horrible set up, but I could have lived with that. Now I have to pay to ship the shoes back. They wanted to give me a coupon for the next time. Yeah no next time for me, I don't want to worry about them not fitting again and being stuck with shoes I can't wear. This isn't the way to business if something doesn't fit. Next time I'll just go to the stores. Good thing I bought a backup pair.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, and laughed when I saw them. A 5 year old could have done a better job making the sandles....they looked nothing like the picture. Wish I had read more reviews before ordering.

I would give negative stars if I could. The product quality is terrible. It’s so bad that it was hard to even reconcile that what I received was the product in the picture. The return policy is ridiculously complicated. They put up barrier after barrier to discourage you (or hope you give up). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

I bought about 4 pairs of shoes through this company .. i wore 1 often. The others, i don't wear the other ones often because they're more dress shoes. I bought these in the Winter and the one boots I have only lasted 4 months until the soles started breaking off.. poorly made and nit repairable. I have never had shoes wear down so quickly. Especially for the price I was bothered. I emailed them and gave them my order number, they said they're going to look into it and that was 2 months ago. Never heard from them but they keep sending me coupons. Don't bother wasting your $$$

1. It took forever for order to arrive.Order May 13th. Arrived June 7th.
2. I ordered 3 pair of shoes. Only 2 pair arrived. These were in the same packaging together.
3. I ordered all 3 pair in a size 9. The 2 pair I have received are 2 different sizes. The black pair are too small.
