I ordered 3 pairs of cargos in November for Xmas presents. Two of the three arrived, unfortunately the sizes were off and quality terrible. I have emailed Tintswears on several occasions but got nowhere. I am still waiting on the third pair to arrive.

Terrible!!
I ordered as a present for Christmas. I ordered in a size s, which according to very very small print is equal to a size xs (I hadn’t seen this before ordering). It didn’t fit the person who the present was for, so I tried to get a refund and had 1 response after weeks. They asked to send a photo of the item in original packaging and I did. And I now haven’t had another response back.
Terrible!! Don’t order from this company!

size not what was ordered
Clothes arrived finally.
Not the colour as described and another item not the size that was ordered.
Awaiting a reply to my email to see how this can be resolved.
Then I shall review again to let people how I get on and if they respond to my email.
Still no reply from them but a month on I get a 🤩 how was your experience email from them!! One word TERRIBLE! If they respond I’ll be sure to update my review again.

i ordered a long sleeve shirt here in colour black/grey and they gave me the wrong color brown/black.
i send many many emails to the email adress from the website and i dont even get a respond back.
i dont get a respond for like 2/3 weeks now.
what is this for service??? i want a refund???
