b) did I open a PayPal case. You were happy to keep my money.

I hope that one day I will be understood, so let me share the following analogy: I buy a sports car (yes, I know it is only a home miner), but I receive a small family car instead. The advertised promise was completely different.

I informed TinyChipHub multiple times that the Zyber 8G is not running properly — and it still does not. It runs “somewhat” stable at 400 MHz with a 24-hour hash rate between 7–8 TH/s. Any MHz above that, and it shuts down around 20 times per day, while the hash rate drops even further. With the lower settings, I am lucky if it only shuts down 3–4 times per day, or somehow throttles itself again.

I was always cooperative. I was in contact with the technician twice, installed software on my laptop twice, created logs (only one minute each, according to the technician), uploaded logs, and wrote emails. And at TinyChipHub, they just shrug their shoulders.

I simply wanted a device that works as advertised. For example, I am very satisfied with the NerdQaxe++ from you. With that unit, I almost get more hash rate than with the expensive Zyber 8G.

Unfortunately, I am being more or less ignored with my problem — and that is exactly what I described.

Bought a Zyber 8g Premium from them it keeps boot looping and there is a burnt smell it also has tripped my fuse a couple of times cant use it they respond but want pictures of my wall outlet? i use other miners on the same circuit tried everything even only using that miner the support and help isnt existing from them dont buy there if you have problems with your miner youre on your own with that no money back at all and no help just a shame..

I’ve purchased three miners from TinyChipHub over the last six months — two NerdQaxe++ units and one Hex. All of them run great, and the NerdQaxe++ models in particular have been rock-solid. Shipping was about a week each time, and support has been responsive whenever I had a question. Overall, really solid hardware and a good experience. I’ll keep buying from them.

Buyer Beware! Received a Superhex miner from them, and it does not work! There is a burning smell. and I have contacted them 3 times via email, and they have not replied.
