I had
a) neither a leaking circuit breaker, nor
b) did I open a PayPal case. You were happy to keep my money.
I hope that one day I will be understood, so let me share the following analogy: I buy a sports car (yes, I know it is only a home miner), but I receive a small family car instead. The advertised promise was completely different.
I informed TinyChipHub multiple times that the Zyber 8G is not running properly — and it still does not. It runs “somewhat” stable at 400 MHz with a 24-hour hash rate between 7–8 TH/s. Any MHz above that, and it shuts down around 20 times per day, while the hash rate drops even further. With the lower settings, I am lucky if it only shuts down 3–4 times per day, or somehow throttles itself again.
I was always cooperative. I was in contact with the technician twice, installed software on my laptop twice, created logs (only one minute each, according to the technician), uploaded logs, and wrote emails. And at TinyChipHub, they just shrug their shoulders.
I simply wanted a device that works as advertised. For example, I am very satisfied with the NerdQaxe++ from you. With that unit, I almost get more hash rate than with the expensive Zyber 8G.
Unfortunately, I am being more or less ignored with my problem — and that is exactly what I described.
