Absolute garbage cowboy hat. Nothing like website description

I ordered bad day to be a beer cowboy hat. Arrived in a tiny plastic bag folded up like a pair of socks. If u really try u can form it into a ugly somewhat of a cowboy hat. Its more like a cheap bucket hat. Does not come with snapback fitting like website says. The picture on website is not same hat. Its false advertising. Dealing with customer service is a joke. They offered me 3 dollars usd. When it cost 55 usd. Ive gotten way better quality hats for free when buying a box of beer. Id never ever buy from this company again. Total scammers. If i could give zero stars i would.
