Tip Top Blinds Reviews 

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They will avoid every call and email and even facebook comments after you have paid. DO NOT PAY until inly you are satisfied... Tried to contact Sam (tip top blinds) regarding incorrect measurements and incorrect fabrication for blinds that was apparent after install and the fact that 2 of the blinds DO NOT retract. Installers advised they needed to come back and "re-wind" 2 out of 3 of the blinds as springs were faulty. It has now been almost a year and many emails and calls from both myself and my property manager through Gary Peer. Sept 2021 spoke to Sam on phone. He advised that he would personally follow this up But wouldn't be able to do anything untill lockdown ended. Its now been 3 Years and Still nothing from Sam or any representative at Tip Tip Blinds. Whats taking so long??? Are YOU "blind"?? Cant find the Phone? Can't see these comments from me and MANY other unhappy customers of yours? SHOCKING!

Disgusting experience with this company had awnings made to measure when awning put up they were made to short in width frill on awnings to high half way up the fabric no tension on blinds with big bends in fabric blinds keep falling down will not go up
called company admittedly and got a short and very rude response and told that’s the way you ordered them sent photos and contacted them every day with no response from this company so with that I put up a review on google she then got a phone call after 1 months basically saying TAKE DOWN that review and we will TRY TO MAKE THEM PROPERLY THIS TIME this time disgusting
I have had 2 other blind companies out to have a look and they both said the blinds are absolutely disgusting be very aware of this company

Two bad experiences with TipTip.
At our rented apartment, the blinds were installed at an incline, the blinds kept scratching the wall and the started to thread out.

At our new apartment, we had a strict deadline and I was very clear about it. Sam from Tip top promised to deliver within that time, but that never happened. First Stacey booked a date for us, and the blinds were never delivered. Then Sam booked another date 5 days later - again the blinds were never delivered. Sam and Stacey were very irresponsible, they didn't even bother contacting us to explain why the blinds were not delivered on time. We had to chase them, we called, left messages and emails.

Eventually I decided to not use their services any more. I've been chasing them to get a refund and they have gone unresponsive.

Unprofessional installation of blinds, unresponsive to paying customers and irresponsible. I would never recommend them after these two bad experiences.

Great quality roller blinds which came to us very quickly. Customer service was first class.This is our third lot of roller blinds from Tip Top Blinds, can't rate them highly enough.
