Their billing office is horrible, I emailed them over two weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them. They keep charging PST when I have supplied my cab card to them.
The tracker is not always correct, it shows me stopped for over 1 hour when I just arrived or it shows me idling when I am not. I am the only user so it isn't about a company complaining it is just facts on how I use it.

Customer service has been the best of any company I have ever dealt with. The Titan GPS team is second to none. From the initial contact with our sales team, Jake Keeley and Jeremy Fahler, to the techs who always answer the phone every time you call and really answer your questions so you don't have to keep calling back. They are polite and knowledgeable. So thankful we switched to Titan GPS.

I signed up for Titan GPS tracking for 3 pieces of equipment. The tracking did not work due to the installation. After several attempts I requested to terminate my contract. Titan GPS because I signed a contract would not let me end it early without penalizing me or making me pay the entire amount for tracking equipment that did not work. Buyer beware. This company does not right there wrongs and have no problem with charging you for tracking equipment that does not work.

Titan GPS responded to this review stating they have several similar names. I know this is not the case because I spoke with there customer service yesterday 3-10-2026 and they let me know my account is deactivated but will still charge me for April and May my final contractual invoices. Please, if you are considering tracking solutions from this company reconsider.

I really appreciate that the system is easy to use and that you can see all of your units on the same screen all the time (unless you change it to suit your preferences). You can access all the information that you need directly from that main screen.

The representatives worked with operators to commision trucks quickly, sometimes the wait for call back was extended but that is very understandable with the volume of companys getting trucks ready, other than that everything went well
