Titan GPS works exactly as I need it to work. I like how I can create my own landmarks so I can track the times our units drove past a specific point.

Really helped with vehicle tracking, we have multiple stope within the City and we can now track the last time a spot was visited.

Titan GPS Tracking is a stable reliable platform we have been using for over ten years now. As with any subscription based product, customer support and experience is EVERYTHING ! After all, GPS tracking systems all use virtually the same satellite data but Titan GPS has stood out consistently as the best in customer support.
From purchase, installs, major or minor tech support to just plain pleasant interactions with any of their staff we have been able to grow our use of their products and services from a half dozen pickup trucks to hundreds of vehicles. We now also have added their ELD and Dashcam offerings as well. All effortless and reliably consistent.

Tech support was helpful and knowledgeable.

At the present time my truck hasn’t moved as I’ve been remote working without my truck. Wanting the ability to be working with Titan will give the information that is required to meet DOT, Chip targets, just need more on hands usage, thanks, R. KOROSEC

After setting on hold for 15 mins waiting for the technical support team, I had an operator answer the phone and all she could do was take my information and tell me a support specialist would be in touch with me. I have had this equipment for several days and have called several times with ZERO results from the so called support team. If I do not receive a call back today I will be cancelling this service and looking at a better option, I am 3 mins from Titans Savaryn office and I was told when I purchased this equipment I would be able to pick it up. Well they put it on a courier and I had to wait an extra day for delivery, not an issue on my part but it may have cost Titan unneeded courier expenses. It seems like a very disorganized company. I guess sometimes trying to buy local isn't always the best option.

The system is customizable, the support is elite level. Would highly recommend for all of your fleet needs.

I have been dealing with Jared Strunk and he has been great to deal with. He has been looking out for our best interest since day 1. A very honest easy to get along with person and a pleasure to work with.

I was stopped trying to get back on the road and Marcy from the titan support line worked as fast as she could to get me going again and help troubleshoot the problem with the GPS dispite the added pressure of other callers she worked as quickly and efficiently as possible

CALLED IN REGARDS TO AN OLD GPS UNIT THAT WAS NOT ACTIVE AND GOT ALL THE ANSWERS RIGHT AWAY , ORDERED A NEWER MORE MODERN UNIT . WHOLE PROCESS WAS EASY AND RESPONSE WAS FAST .

Stephanie goes over and above to get my issues addressed. ELD devices can be tough and people get heated easily but Stephanie stays professional and polite.

Within an hour or so I had received a call pertaining to my question and she was able to answer it as well as provide valuable information moving forward. She was polite, easy to understand and very helpful. Thank you.

We were looking for GPS provider that could give us the visiability for all our equipment. We have forestry equipment, civil equipment and transport trucks that operate in areas where there is no cellular service. Titan provided us a complete package for all our requirements and have proven their professionalism.

I have reached out to the person that is in charge of my account and they and the billing department are ignoring my emails. I have decided to cancel my account with Titan GPS and find a different provider that will be able to answer my questions and assist me with my needs

The tech support team is seriously outrageous!! Not only does Stephanie (and Zachary) provide solutions quickly but I always learn something I didn't know. They're always helpful, always thorough and above all else, they're just good people. And this is why whenever there's an issue or something I can't fully understand, I never stress, because they're always on the other side of the phone they ALWAYS provide a solution and explanation that's easy for anyone to understand.
