Titan was outstandingly good from the initial quotation to the perfect installation.
Mike was a model tradesman - professional and friendly at all times. He listened sympathetically to our own personal requirements for a new boiler. He suggested some excellent ideas to lower the boiler position to make access easier. He also repositioned our hot water tank slightly creating more room in the cupboard (and we discovered the house's missing stopcock that we had been unable to find since we moved here 17 years ago!)
He was here for just two days and was not distracted at all from the job in hand. He cleared up at the end of each day and carried out the work sympathetically and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.
He took time to install and explain the new digital thermostat control panel and the online app enabling us to easily operate our new Vaillant boiler.
We have no hesitation in giving Titan Heating the very highest recommendation based on high quality, reliable service and competitive pricing.

From initial quotation to the install, which consisted of the removal of a water tank and immersion tank system to a complete gas combi install the service from Mike at Titan heating was excellent, both Mike and Ethan were professional, respectful and friendly while carrying out the work. Their standards of care and cleanliness were exemplary throughout the install. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are also animal friendly! Thank you, I now have an efficient up to date system and finally a power shower!

Michael and Ethan fitted a new Vaillant boiler last week. The price for the job was very fair and installation went very smoothly. Great care was taken to protect fixtures and fittings with protective sheets.

Michael has serviced my central heating boiler for the last two years. He’s very efficient, punctual and provides a friendly service. Recently I had a faulty valve on the heating system. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem, arranged for a new valve to brought to him and fixed the problem in under an hour. Great service.

What excellent service from Mike , he helped the family so much far beyond what he needed to do when we returned from holiday to find a boiler fault. He services the boilers every year and his timekeeping and friendly manner is simply the best. Completely uncomplicated. Straightforward advice and recommendations. Communication is clear and professional, and they reliably turned up on time for all appointments. Michael and John are sympathetic to old houses that have slightly ropey old beams and joists - not to mention slightly neurotic owners...
I think the job was good value (I didn't shop around, but base this on the amount of work and copper pipe involved, and subcontractors' work). They even clean up properly afterwards.
I can't really fault them. I would recommend without hesitation and would definitely use them again.

What a breath of fresh air to deal with a contractor who is knowledgeable, experienced, as well as friendly and efficient.

Michael and John have replaced our entire heating and hot water system (boiler, un-vented cylinder, pipework, and radiators), and we're very pleased with the result. They willingly accommodated changes along the way, the work itself being completed to a high standard, and they left the house clean and tidy at the end. We would not hesitate in recommending them. Easily worth our five star rating !

This firm is unequivocally the best I have ever had doing work in my home. From initial job assessment to quote, to actual installation everything has been faultless. Michael and John are friendly and efficient. I had to arrange two boiler replacements - one for myself and one for the person I care for who has Alzheimer’s. I made a last minute, big change because of the needs of the latter and this was easily accommodated by Michael. Both Michael and John - huge thanks and come back for annual maintenance please!

Really pleased with the work Mike and John carried out for us recently. A replacement boiler was required and from first to last everything was done efficiently and to the highest standard. Just had a new boiler & shower installed by Michael & team. They were recommended to me & I'm so pleased they were. Excellent job, from initial visit to installation. Old boiler was moved from kitchen to airing cupboard & the workmanship is second to none. They were all lovely, polite, cheerful & left my house neat & tidy. Would definitely recommend them.
