thing is okay. When I wrote emails to ask you some questions, I got quick replies from you.

Mostly they accpted a different method of paying other than a credit card

I bought a ticket from Belgium(International) to Maroc (Fes), but I did not recieve any confirmation or reservation mail back.

I tried to contact many times but they do not return back. There is a contact address but they do not return.

Service cilent do not answer back

I could find a cheap flight through having a stop over. Booking was easy too.

The process was easy to follow. I did not need to waste time with complex processes

Was easy and luggage included in the price.

I booked a flight with Vueling from Amsterdam to Malaga but of course I was looking for the cheapest option when I stumbled upon Tix.nl
It was cheaper to book through them so I did because I saw the high rating on Trustpilot so I paid for my ticket and received an email with a booking code that vueling never sent it doesn’t work on their website! When I contact Tix.nl by phone they are to busy and if you email, they only answer questions with an automated message so NO HELP FROM TIX.NL ONLY STRESS DO NOT BUY! I still have to wait and find out if I got scammed but the stress I have until is not worth it!
In the hope fix sees these please get your act together why ruin your company with scamming people! If I don’t receive my booking code or my money back will have to go to the police!

I booked a flight earlier this month ( on the 10th) yet i still haven't got my ticket yet. On their website it says it will take 22 days at the latest. Unfortunatly no news yet. I tried to contact them via email and phone but nothing.

Tix enabled me to book a flight which I couldn't get through with other booking sites

I like that they provide various affordable flying options. But sadly, my first experience with them was negative because I did not receive the benefits of my Flexi ticket and had to pay $400 because I’m unable to contact them 24 hours prior to my journey because I was flying outside of Europe. If there is a means to manage things like changing a ticket by working with several airlines, particularly those operating outside of Europe, I recommend them.
