Fraudulent Tickets Sold

The company prides themselves on selling tickets to events in order to prevent scams, fraud, and overpriced tickets. We were sold tickets to an event- on TIXR- that scanned at the venue gates but ultimately were non-existent. The row present, the seats not real. The event accommodated as best they could after a 45 minute delay and the show already starting. Their were at least three other couples facing similar difficulties- a ticket with an area but no row or seat number, a row but no seat, etc.. After multiple customer service attempts I was told it was not their problem.

I had some issues with my festival…

I had some issues with my festival tickets. Both were under one name. The service through a phone call was not so good but okay. BUT.. The service through email was perfect. Fast and professional. Very friendly. Thumbs up.

Accidentally bought the wrong ticket…

Accidentally bought the wrong ticket and reached out to support staff. Tixr staff responded VERY quickly and the process was a smooth transaction. We were able to resolve the matter in a couple hours. Excellent customer service!!
