I run in a problem with not finding my tickets since I signed up as a guest account. Tickets landed in junk mail, on the day of event we panicked and I reached out to TIXR, response and help with instructions where to find them came in 30-45min after my email . Excellent customer service. Thanks

UPDATED...the head of the organiser contacted me directly and rearranged my seats and resolved the problem. Ill be attending in a few weekes time and WILL get to sit next to my partner! Yay! I bought a 2-ticket deal through wowcher for a Batman gig due this February in London...i had to use the code via TIXR's website....which could only process 1 voucher code at a time....so i have ended uo with 2 seats miles away from each other...I IMMEDIATELY contacted TIXR back in December...and they advised me to contact the culture collective... who NEVER REPLIED. Ive been chasing BOTH parties for a response for over 6 weeks straight now and noone can help me CHANGE A SEAT...im willing to pay extra, whatever. The gig is in 3 weeks time and Tixr replied again today saying "contact the venue" which I CANT...somebody PLEASE INTERVENE!!!!

Date was for June 6th for Borgore tickets. The company fails to provide show with a good date for many, and announces that they will have their date changed to New Years. Inadequate service people have their plans scheduled for those holidays, and when you fail to deliver dates that aren't so inconvenient to some shows poor customer service.

When I opened my email on Monday there was a reminder that ticket prices would rise Tuesday. I promptly ordered a ticket. Then realized I had two. The Tixr staff resolved my mistake within hours. Great service.

I’m not one to write reviews but I was so amazed by the fast response and that it got a reply even at such a late hour! It caught me off and I was shocked!
I got a notification saying that the time had changed on my wallet for the event I was attending. I also saw that the date was different from what I thought I purchased. I got worried about it, thought there was an error etc. I didn’t know what to do, I searched online and made a ticket just in case.
I found out my answers before getting a reply back from Tixr (had to go into a deeper dive just in case). Either way, Support confirm there was no error nor did I make the wrong purchase, it a multi day event and that’s how by default it works for wallets.
But that time response is amazing! I sent it in around 10-11 pm and got a response back at 1:40am. Thanks!

I'm pretty irritated with my experience. I signed up for an event with an advertised discounted presale ticket price. I couldn't get a presale ticket at the advertised pre-sale price after clicking the vendor provided link at the specified time (i.e.: I wasn't late to the sale and the link was working).
I was at the Tixr page on time, but there is no way to see what tier of pricing is being used, so in what I now recognize as a high volume scenario, the site looks like a broken website with the wrong price. I asked the organizer what was happening and was refreshing the page at the same time hoping to see the presale price, but because of the high volume I missed the sale all together (as a result of this inability to see the price tier being used).
Also, tiers of pricing. Just another way to rip off consumers. I'm sure Tixr will reply to this and say it's up to the organizer to set pricing, but they are complicit in enabling this anti-consumer practice (there is not a single valid reason for how this benefits the consumer despite whatever they might say).

I had lost access to my account where I had purchased back in June 2025 for a show this coming November 23. Without access to the account they worked with me through email to verify what account I purchased the tickets with and we’re able to not only get me my tickets but get me back into my account. I am so thankful that they were able to do that as it would’ve been a loss of money and an experience. Excellent customer service in my opinion.
