Visited this Jewellery shop in Formby Village and Anthony was very helpful. He gave me good advice about repairing my bracelet which allowed me to consider my options. He also fixed the back of my watch free of charge. This is a very friendly and helpful jewellers. I will definitely return to look and purchase some jewellery in the future.

Fantastic service and quality goldsmiths. I had old sentimental gold jewellery that I wasn’t wearing as out of fashion and smaller broken pieces. I wanted them combining and making into a piece / pieces of jewellery which I would be able to wear everyday. Liam was brilliant and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have over the past 6 months had 3 bangles and a ring made from my melted down gold. The designs are unique and have come about from recommendations and suggestions from Liam. I am delighted and would highly recommend the services. The staff in the Formby store are so friendly and welcoming

The team have absolutely blown me away! I went to Hallmark with a sentimental diamond from my nan’s engagement ring hoping to set it into a new ring. From the very moment we got there the service and care we received was amazing. Liam seemed to know exactly what I wanted before I’d even told him, and barely a month later my new ring was ready. I am delighted with it and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellant customer service (from )weighed in old gold to enable myself to resize & redesign my wedding ring. Everything was clearly explained and we are very happy with the finished piece.

Took my engagement ring in yesterday 7th February to get cleaned with in half a hour looked good as new. 2 gentle men in there were very helpful and explained in detail what they would do and also gave me the price there and then. I brought another ring while I was there, my ring is going to be resized o can’t wait to see it. Amazing value and customer service was lovely and very friendly not pushy at all. Happy to go back again.

Came in the shop with a broken chain and the staff was very helpful and sorted it within a matter on minutes! Also baught my fiancé a lovely necklace after browsing there wide selection! Would highly recommend this shop very friendly !!

I was very happy with the service I was given today ,Thursday 17th of December 2025 l would definitely go back to the shop in Formby.

Today I visited the Jewellers Bench in Widnes to have both my engagement ring & wedding ring re sized. After only being married 1 week and my rings not fitting how I’d like them to I was hoping to find somewhere with a quick turnaround so I could finally wear my rings. The lovely lady (Diane I think) who served me was so welcoming & helpful, she helped me decide the best size for my rings, explained what would need doing to my rings and provided a quote, not only was the service in the shop amazing but my rings were done on the same day!! To say I am happy with my rings & the service is an understatement thank you so much, I have already recommend the Jewellers Bench to friends & family!

I had a broken watch and got estimates from a few jewellers and TJB quote was 40% less. This made me a bit suspicious but there was no need for me to worry.
They were brilliant, efficient, patient and so nice. I would and will defiantly go back. Their customer care was outstanding as well.

I would have gave them 10 stars if that was a choice.

Called in to have my bracelet repaired and was greeted by a lovely, welcoming young lady and gentleman.
After an in-depth inspection of the bracelet the young man fixed the problem and wouldn’t accept any payment.
So kind, I would definitely recommend this jewellers and have no hesitation returning.

I have not received my order. All I get is emails asking me rate my experience. My experience so far sucks. Send my order to me and my experience might be better. However, I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund and placing my experience and review of your company on every site available to me, starting with google and yelp.

Lost a diamond from a very precious ring. The staff extremely helpful and had a replacement diamond which they fitted very quickly and efficiently. Recommend this excellent store.

I visited The Jewellery Bench in Widnes to sort out an issue with my watch. They gave me a quote on the spot, which was great. While I was there, I saw they offered same-day rhodium plating, so my wife had three of her white gold rings done—they came back looking brand new. I also had my silver wedding ring polished, and it looked even better than when I first bought it. I’ve now booked my silver chain to be polished as well. Top quality service—highly recommended!
