I ordered an initial necklace which should have been here for a birthday present, the day came and the necklace still hadn't been delivered I contacted the store via the web chat, the item had left the shop and was with royal mail who hadn't scanned the item yet, even though it was a royal mail error the lovely person I was speaking with even though was off with their children went out of their way to call into the shop and pick one up and deliver it on the day to my work address.
This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had and will definitely be recommending the store to many.

I took in a watch belonging to the late husband of a friend of mine. She is now wishing to wear it and needed it to have a service. An accurate estimate was given. As well as servicing the watch, a new glass was fitted.

The customer service was excellent and the staff were very informative. They told me information about the watch and that it was a very good watch.

Took an engagement ring in for repair this morning, Liam explained perfectly in detail what was needed whilst showing me.
Knowing the ring was a needed asap, I had the ring back the same day, went above and beyond.

Recently had some work done on my engagement, wedding and eternity rings. Resize, rhodium plate and valuations.
Everything from start to finish was seamless. I was kept entirely up to date, all details were explained to me and I felt completely comfortable throughout.
I’m delighted with the results - excellent craftsmanship. My treasured jewellery looks better than new and I’m very well equipped with my up to date valuation.

I jad my dads ashes put into a ring he wore everyday 💔💙 the ring belonged to his dad and his granddad before him . Hallmark handled the ring with so much care and the staff were so compassionate through the whole process which made it a lot easier and quite enjoyable at such a sad time . The ring is absolutely amazing and above my expectations. I would 100% recommend this service . I have also had a lot of repairs do here all to the same standed . Thank you Hallmark Jewelers.

What lovely staff, I had charms off a well known brand that had been left in a box and tarnished something rotten I tried cleaning myself and made them worse took them in and wasn’t hopeful but I was wrong they look brand new I’m in love with them all over again didn’t take long and a nosy round this gorgeous shop I will defiantly be back only this time shopping

Had some old sentimental jewellery redesign into a bangle as unable to wear it anymore and it’s perfect. The staff are lovely really helpful and did an amazing job.
