We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. For every item purchased we donate a meal meaning our customers help us improve the lives of 35,000 children every day. When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.

I left a review regarding the poor quality of necklaces I purchased from here, TJC contacted me to ask me to return the item, which I did, tracked, 3 weeks ago, ive heard nothing, ive emailed them about 10 times asking what is happening regarding the returned necklace costing me approx: £175.00, no response, so, not only do they provide awful jewelery, when you return it they keep your money and the returned product!!!!! If you value your hard earned cash avoid this place for jewelry, you have been warned!! If you want a necklace to wear once costing around £200.00 and bin after it breaks on the first wear, buy from here!The necklaces i have bought from here [ 3 approx] have all broken, obviously i didnt keep the other two as they were not worth repairing, these were all 9ct rose gold necklaces, the latter being more weight as I thought it would be more resilient and I would be able to wear my locket, apparently not...all absolute junk!! The reply below is rubbish, they did this last time, asked for item to be returned, which i did and that was it, no further correspondence from TJC and ignored my emails!! Out of pocket again!!!😡 update: they said they processed a refund for one of the faulty items..never recieved refund and emails to customer service being ignored...OMG!! 😡😡😡😡

Just happened across a ten pounds day on tjc and took full advantage as there was a couple of bits I had my eye on.
I've always liked TJC for my jewelry as it's always good value for money and good quality.
