I've used TMB Notes multiple times to supply me with the VG and PG and flavour concentrates I use to make my own liquid for my vape.
Never had an issue with their products, and they are great value for money.

On my most recent order, I needed new coils so I purchased a pack of 5 Smok V8 Baby - T8 coils.

Within an hour of ordering I received a phone call from TMB Notes. They advised me that whilst it's not active right now, they were due to start a sale on selected Smok V8 Baby coils. However the particular coils I purchased weren't included in the sale.
After discussing this with them regarding the wattage I usually use to vape, they agreed to send out some of the coils (that would be suitable for me) that were due to be on sale in place of the ones I had originally ordered.
The order was dispatched the same day, and two days later they were delivered by Royal Mail.
Upon opening the package, I found they'd sent out 7 packs of 5 coils to me, and also included a 10ml 10 MG Nicotine Salt sample to me on top of the nicotine I had ordered with my VG/PG mix.

So instead of receiving 5 coils for £18(ish, can't remember the exact original price), I've now received 35. Very happy customer.

They definitely didn't need to contact me to make me aware of the sale as I wouldn't have been aware of it as I wouldn't have gone on their website again until late January at the earliest.
So fairplay to those running/working at TMB Notes for the great service you've provided.
I'll definitely keep purchasing my liquids from here whilst I still vape, and as long as you stock the V8 Baby coils, I'll continue to buy them from here. Although as I now have 35, I won't need to buy any for a while.

excellent choice of vape items there selection of eliquid is really good if your into vape diy or just want ready made juice you won't be disappointed.
i don't use any other online shop anymore just TMB.

I've used TMB Notes many times to restock my supplies and I've never encountered any issue with their products or service.
I've purchased the VG and PG liquids from a few suppliers in the past but TMB's products are not just priced great, you don't get an inferior product.
My only issue is that when I purchase the VG/PG mix, the nicotine they provide isn't the easiest to get the nicotine out of the bottle into the VG/PG mix bottle. You receive multiple very small bottles (it's the EU's fault and not TMB's) and they aren't the best to use as they have like a small needle tip. I find that in order to empty each bottle quickly, I have to remove the tip and then pour it in.
If you make your own liquids to vape, I'd definitely recommend TMB Notes.

Firstly i'm astonished at some of the bad reviews being given here.
I placed my order on the 31st july, it arrived on the 2nd aug, unfortunately the order was wrong, i pointed this out to them by email at 1.00pm and by 3.00pm they had despatched the correct order. I am so impressed with the service of this company. Well done Kaz, top marks.

Bought liquid on sale, supposed to be "high quality", nowhere near, seems to be tmb going down the hill. Got answer from support that all liquids tested! Yeah right! Impossible to vape, horrible taste! Newer again!

I've been ordering my concentrates and base from TMB for over 5 years now on a monthly basis. Ordering is simple and quick (I use the re-order option) and with free delivery over £30 for 2 day Royal Mail tracked, it's a no brainer.
Never had an issue with my orders and on the one occasion the website was low on stock and I missed one of my options, they called me to discuss options to replace the item.
Great shop and customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vape juice ingredients.

Terrible company with terrible customer service, avoid this company if you wish not to be taken for a fool.

Absolutely disgraceful. Refuse to refund when item was ordered 23/11 and has still not been delivered on 5/12.

Item was shipped 24/11 via Royal Snail 48 Hour tracked. Due to have arrived 29/11 by the latest. Very, very overdue and no longer required. Terms of sale and delivery have been more than breached.

Company can make claim against Royal Mail easily at this point but seem to think it is acceptable to make customer wait another WHOLE week, making it close to 14 days waiting, that's seven times the expected waiting time, to SEE if order will turn up! It won't, I've been watching the tracking for 10 days, it hasn't moved for 8 days. It's six whole days overdue. Enough is enough, right.

I will not accept the items even if they do arrive, TMB know this, it is almost a fortnight since they were required and the time for waiting has definitely passed.

These thieves won't refund... Their indolent response (wait longer) to a polite email several days ago was the icing on the cake. Nope, no more. Relationship over.

Don't use them, they are lazy and slack and dishonest.

Very bad experience! Don't order if you don't want to lose your money and package.
Ordered 18 may (from UK to Sweden) and the package stuck in customs from 20 may to 20 jun (according to the customs; the seller didn't declare the product details, so they had to contact me). I didn't receive the product yet, today is 15 July! Two months waiting! The customer service takes about 4 days to answer, and they only say "we can only refund when we know where the package is"! They also said "your package is on the way"! The tracking info shows that the package is lost because it takes only two days from customs to my house (not 25 days!) The post office said contact the seller and ask for a refund and then the seller should contact the shipping company to ask for his refund (shipping companies have insurance.. Wow who doesn't know that). The last time I contacted them by phone they said they want to see a confirmation from the post office shows that the package is lost!
I asked for a message shows that from the post office and now just waiting..
What a miserable store. They don't know how to do their job, they don't care about the customer, they don't even know how to deal with shipping companies.

wow what a company, customer service is second to none, i had ordered some pods and got a phone call to say some items not in stock, i discussed with them alternatives and got a lot of help, they even sent a free sample to appologise for not being in stock, i have not experienced or had this done from any other company i have ordered from, very knowledgeable and helpfull, i cannot fault in ay way, not first time they have called to help me out, that is the reason i continually use TMB and will in the future, if i could give 10 stars then i would give them 20

I remember now why I use TMB over anyone else :-)
Excellent company with time to advise and help their customers even over a single item that cost less than a fiver, albeit in a larger order.
