Really helpful and, as I am a novice mixer - I need all the help I can get!!!
As far as the product goes, as long as I can get the flavour right it's perfect!

Great customer service
I ordered some eliquid ingredients from tmbnotes. There was an initial problem with the order status.
When I emailed to query this Rob at tmb emailed back very quickly, resolved the issue, and my goods arrived a couple of days later in very good order.
Very pleased with Rob and the whole tmbnotes team. Would definitely order from them again.

Great company excellent customer…
Great company excellent customer service quick response only thing I'll say is vg and pg mix and concentrates all come with huge openings on the bottles all other company's ive been with before have a 'nib' or squeezy tip to measure things out. I know you sell funnels and pippets but it's unessesary I'm glad I had something to use at home. My suggestion would be to add even a cheap tip to the bottles so you can weigh them easier. Apart from that I'm happy I'll shop again

Reply from TMB Notes
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the kind review. I felt we should take the time to explain why we've chosen this style of bottle. The large majority of our customers use syringes to measure out their liquids and this large opening means a 50ml syringe fits in with ease. The second reasoning is for our delivery. We've tested these bottles time and time again and they are solid enough to be shipped long distances without breaking or splitting!
Hope this helps give a little insight into why things are how they are. We will have a look at adding an option for a squeeze top bottle add on for these purchases!
Kind regards,
TMB

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Amazing liquids and great prices. Not only are the prices great for E-liquid but they also sell devices and coils which are 100% genuine every time.
I'll be using this company from now on.
