I have an awful memory, so I can't remember the name of the person who assisted me during my consultation - I think it was Rachelle. Or so I hope.
She was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented (unlike me), which really impressed me. Craftsmanship, pricing, brand and everything else aside, I tend to buy from people, and within five minutes I already felt ready to bring out the card. She made me feel like she was genuinely invested in this important milestone for us, and that meant everything :)

Kira was extremely welcoming and the overall ambience of the Paddington store felt very at home.
Kira assisted my partner and I talking us through the entire process and felt extremely comfortable. Given that we’ve had multiple experiences with other Jewllers TMC has by far been the most seamless, welcoming and fair priced Jewller we’ve been to.

Lexi was friendly and transparent during my consultation and didnt push any of the diamond industry rhetoric on me when selecting ring designs, which was a big plus for me. Overall great, very grounded experience that was a complete 180 to the conveyer belt style sales tactics from other jewellers.

Great experience for ring designs and consultations
Sammy was very professional and helpful in assisting us with engagement ring designs. I received all designs and options and the estimates almost immediately afterwards and there was no pressure during the consultation to buy or make a quick decision. I felt very comfortable being there with my partner and am keen to explore further options with TMC.
