The first consult
The first consult, staff were incredibly helpful in guiding making the right choice. Absolutely love the ring.
However was extremely frustrated that after getting the email to say it was completed and arranging a time to pick the ring up, I get sent a tracking number and realise the ring is getting sent to my apartment that’s going to have my future fiancée have to sign for it!! I would have thought a company whose primary product is engagement rings would give the slightest thought not to ruin a surprise by mailing it, especially after arranging a day and time to pick it up.
Then I was forced to have a conversation to figure out redirection arrangements while my soon to be fiancée is in the next room.
While I absolutely love the ring, the clumsy way that it was just sent out thoughtlessly and potentially ruining a once in a lifetime moment left me incredibly frustrated

TMC were absolutely wonderful. My fiancé and I ordered online and got weekly updates about the progress of my ring. I was emailed about the completion of my ring, and literally received it the next day (Posted to rural qld). It took exactly six weeks from purchasing to delivery, which was in line with the estimated timeline provided, and we couldn't be happier!
