I bought parts from TME.eu three times with no issues. The site is clear, availability and prices are well publicised; the goods arrived always in 48 to 72 hours, well packed/sealed.
Once I had to write to the customer care (before purchasing) for an issue with my account, the replayed to my mail and solved the issue in two hours.
Will buy again from them.

Order came on on time and without any damages. Fast delivery. Would shop here again. Perfect!

We ordered parts which were delivered to somewhere else who had ordered parts and ours got mixed in by mistake. TME 'couldn't get our parts back and said they would replace them but had none in stock. we missed our customers deadline and we still didnt get replacement parts TWO months afterwards. eventually we got a refund after THREE Months!! TME would not take any responsibility and blamed the courier - which they provided in the first place!! - DISGRACEFUL - very poor service.

Well, color me impressed!
Some components I needed got lost on the way from China, so I decided to order the same components from someone within Europe since I need them before the weekend.

Found TME, which had what I needed at a good price.

Now get this; I ordered my components from them a bit after Noon yesterday, they were at my door at 9:30 today, given that they're located in Poland and I'm in Denmark, I find that impressive.

5/5 will do business with TME again.

I have made an order a transformer 2 capacitors and a switch all for the cost of 30€ plus shipping for 7.90€
The store did not inform me that some parts will never send so i could buy from elsewhere and cancel the order , send me only the switch and one capacitor
costing 5+7.90 € (a bought that costs too much shipping that i will cancelled) but charged all the amount of 37.90 (the total price was actually 38.72€ the prices are not accurate but the difference is small and this is not the point!)
Now i opened dispute in paypal

I had some good experiences with this site in the past but last time I had a bad experience with them: I bought a soldering iron and they recommended on this soldering iron webpage spare parts. I bought 3 recommended spare parts. I paid then they sent me the goods.
Unfortunately the 3 spare parts were not compatible with the soldering iron : the information was false on the website.
I got without any problem the RMA , but I had to pay the postage cost from France to Poland, which is high. I didn't accept this and they rejected my RMA.
I checked just now, 3 months after the purchase, there is still the error on the website they didn't check it, nor modify it.
And the spare parts still waiting on my desk....

I've been comparing many suppliers around, and TME are the most professional ones I used so far.
- Next day delivery from Poland to Belgium (and I didn't even select any particularly fast shipping option)
- Very large assortment with a good parametric search engine
- Many details are to be found on the website, including key parameters, lead times, datasheets
- Orders are VERY well packed. All semiconductors I have ordered so far came in heat-sealed anti-static bags, with silica gel, a humidity indicator card and a humidity chart. That is pretty impressive, considering they even did it for just 20 x ultra-tiny SMD led's. I bet the packing costs more than the chips... but then again, at least i'm confident that the chips are in pristine state when I assemble my boards.
- No free shipping, but obviously at that level of professionalism on order fulfilment, I don't mind paying
- Many tools on the site to save components according to your circuit annotations, so that your colleagues can re-order the same components when needed
- They have an app, which is convenient to browse the catalog. Sadly, no parametric search or order history in the app, but your favorite parked components are synced
I think this site is really aimed at professionals, rather than hackers. I guess they're in the same league as mouser, farnell and those big suppliers (I have no experience with those competitors yet).
In short, if what you need is in TME's catalog, don't hesitate for a second and order.

Situated in Poland so no import duties to be payed. Was shipped fast by DHL and good packaged. Prices were the lowest I could find. I will buy more in the future.
