After having great difficulty on several occasions now, in sourcing some electronic parts and associated hardware, I stumbled on T.M.E. 'online'. I was a bit put off because though they have an 'agent' in the UK, the parts I needed would have to come from overseas (Poland I believe). I should not have 'worried'. I have used T.M.E. a number of times now with NO problems. (1) They have available parts I just can-not source here in the UK anymore (at least not without having to get a £££ bank loan). (2) Their online parts 'catalogue' is clear and precise, and gives excellent product data and availability. (3) Their shipping is 'reasonable' and VERY reliable, in fact quite quick (Thank-you). (4) Even with P&P their prices were actually unbeatable. = Highly Recommended and WILL be using them again as a first choice supplier!

Ordered an CM5 that shown "in stock" on the website, more than 4 months after the order, I'm still waiting for the delivery...

Super fast delivery, very much cheaper that any other company in Denmark 10/10 would/will order again! Actually had a good stock of the product I needed. Ordered 5 TCI K3 drivers, Thursday afternoon and was delivered Monday morning. Excellent!

Kinda weird all these negative comments. i'm really mind boggled how fast they ship everything i ordered past years. Also cheaper prices than anywhere else.

I ordered small amount of components and they arrive next day.. crazy fast i must say.

I ordered a SP-1010DR SOLDER PEAK and it worked for nearly a month and then blew up and I'm lucky it didn't burn the whole house and no one died.

The quality of their products is absolutely terrible and lethally dangerous. Money down the drain. Avoid at all costs and never buy anything from them.

Crap components !!! The transformer is suposed to be 9 v ....im fact is 18 v !!! My first and last order from TME .

I ordered a photoelectric sensor that had a 2M cable. They sent me a photoelectric sensor with a quick connect which I cannot use because of space. I have been going back and forth with them for 6 weeks. Now they will not take back the photoelectric sensor and I can't use the sensor they sent I guess I will see if I can fight them with my credit card company.

i ordered several different electronic parts that i couldnt find anywhere else available for purchase as a private individual and they were delivered quick and easy with all paperwork included.

The customer service is terrible with this company, Elektronik Transfer Multisort. I bought some parts from them but received the order with missing parts. I reported it right away to FedEx, the freight carrier, and the company with evidence of broken packages. However, TME rejected my claims and refused to refund or replenish the missing parts. Furthermore, they blacklisted me on their website. I will never do business with this company again. Shoppers please be aware.

Ordered a few capacitors yesterday morning, they arrived an hour ago. No complaints!

I'd like to mirror the comments made by Fateh in a previous review. I've been buying from TME for a while without issue. A week ago, I received 6 of a part, not the 600 parts that were ordered. There has been no reply to 5 emails. Fair enough I thought, I shall telephone them. Bad move. The woman who answered the phone (UK) was evasive and patronising off the bat. She simply made ridiculous excuses 'Poland's had a holiday. A week for a complaint to be replied to is normal'. She then started using inflammatory, patronising language, saying 'I will shout, I will scream at the relevant department'. Farnell and RS may be more expensive, but - as the previous review says - I'd rather buy from them and be treated professionally.

I purchased a toroidal transformer on 29-12-2022 and it arrived less than 24 hours later. Here in Portugal, the sites where I asked for quotes did not even respond me. The TME service was always updated via mail. It was all very fast and the product was exactly what was on the website. Came very well packaged. Strongly recommend. 5 stars because I can't give more....

Delighted with ease of order placement and service . Confirmation of order received (placed late on Thursday 6/10) . Dispatched on Friday with confirmation of shipment . Received safe and sound on Monday 10th !
