TMobile lies and tells customers what…

TMobile lies and tells customers what they want to hear. They make promises and the TMobile agents use fake names and don't understand what you're saying. They promise to refund via electronic check giving a reference number and then state that it was denied. The plan that involves buyers remorse and 14 day return policy is a scam. Use Verizon or AT&T instead. The quality of agents has decreased. Always someone in the Philippines answering the calls using fake names. TMobile is engaged in fraud selling products one did not sign-up for.

They keep your phone number hostage

I jumped through all the hoops to transfer my elderly mother's phone number from T-Mobile to Boost Mobile. I gave T-Mobile the PIN, retrieved the text sent to my mother's flip phone (all billing is in my name), made an up-to-date payment, waiting on the phone over multiple days, speaking to several different offshore employees. It should be noted I visited a T-Mobile store in Buffalo New York; I was told to call customer service as none of the 10 employees could help me although the store representatives should be customer service. After speaking with someone at T-Mobile and adhering to all their requirements, I was told the number and phone were unlocked. When I visited Boost Mobile, they said the phone and number was locked, T-Mobile has been keeping people's phone numbers hostage, as to try and keep customer's and I am not the only one they are doing it to. The flip phone was paid in full through Sprint, there should be no reason why the phone was locked. I had to spend over $200 on a similar flip phone and get a new number for my elderly mother which is a major inconvenience because all her doctors and emergency contacts have her original number. I have family members state that T-Mobile also kept their phone numbers hostage. This is piracy as T-Mobile is unlawfully keeping phone numbers of their customers hostage.

My wife and I were offered a deal to…

My wife and I were offered a deal to switch from Spectrum to TMobile which turned out not to be such a great deal. Spectrum has been very good to us and offered us a solid to return. After having switched to TMobile for less than 24 hours we switched back to Spectrum. 45 days later I get a bill from TMobile for $150 so I called customer service which I was told this happens sometimes a you should get a correct email soon. The next bill was $170 including a late charge. I called TMobile back and after complaining and being on hold several times to 43 min after demanding a manager I was told I should be charged still but they would make a correction. Throughout all the billings I made two small payments and after another month of thinking it was over I get another charge of $10.07 ?? What the hell!? Anyway I paid it and done with TMobile and their greed and arrogance.

I signed up for T-Mobile Home Internet…

I signed up for T-Mobile Home Internet in August 2025, hopeful that it would offer a reliable and modern alternative to cable. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. From the very beginning, the service has proven to be intermittent, unstable, and utterly unreliable. What was marketed as a convenient and high-speed home internet solution has turned out to be one of the most frustrating and inconsistent services I’ve ever used.
Connection drops are frequent and unpredictable, making it nearly impossible to depend on the service for work, streaming, or even basic browsing. Speeds fluctuate dramatically throughout the day—sometimes performing decently, then suddenly plummeting to unusable levels without warning. I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting, repositioning equipment, and contacting support, but the underlying problems persist. The hardware provided feels subpar, and technical assistance often offers no real resolution beyond scripted advice.
Beyond performance, the overall value is disappointing. For the price, I expected a stable connection at the very least. Instead, I’ve paid month after month for a service that cannot sustain consistent connectivity for even simple online tasks. It’s an expensive experiment that has yielded nothing but aggravation.
In short, T-Mobile Home Internet has been a huge waste of money. It fails to deliver on virtually every promise—reliability, speed, and convenience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. Until T-Mobile makes significant improvements to its network stability and customer support, it’s difficult to justify recommending their home internet to anyone seeking dependable performance.

Worst service

Worst service. Each customer service representative seems to have different information, and based on my experience, I would rate this negatively. Physical locations are not meant to handle any issues; they function more like a courier service

Terrible for everything except online shopping

the internet is so atrocious I cant connect to ANY gaming online. SOMEHOW it gives me anywhere from 150to550mbps BUT I am unable to ACTUALLY use any of that to play online... servers wont load and many games tell me "my networks too slow to meet the minimum game requirements" and this was AFTER they gave me a new router that somehow is significantly worse than the previous one... If all you're doing is watching youtube/netflix or shopping online this internets fine ANYTHING ELSE absolutely terrible...

T-Mobile is a scam company

T-Mobile is a scam company, I contacted them on a special they were showing for four lines with new phones iPhone 17’s That was a senior plan at $25 a line, I spoke to 2 illiterate people that could barely speak English , Begged to speak to a supervisor finally got one after Asking seven times, spoke with supervisor he addressed the issue and told me he can change over my lines and put two lines on one account and the other on A separate account which I agreed upon. He spoke to me and told me he’ll be sending out the phones and he will be porting our phone numbers over to the new phones.. okay now it’s been a month still have never received the phones, they went ahead and changed over my account charging my wife 35 bucks for her line on a separate account and charge me $160 for two lines on the other account, which I am a senior and my son is physically disabled in a wheelchair. I never agreed upon this. I agreed to get four phones which I never received. I call T-Mobile they can see the whole conversation on the computer in their notes but there’s nothing I can do now because that promotion is not available anymore so they screwed me with poor customer service , And piss poor management/supervisor that promised me he would get this done. T-Mobile can go to hell I wonder how many other people they scam daily that’s why they have such a poor rating. !!!

Absolutely worse customer service you…

Absolutely worse customer service you will ever experience. There is no customer service. I have been a customer with their mobile service on 5 devices for 19 years the one time I call for assistance they have zero assistance they will repeatedly tell you go to website even after asking for a supervisor the agents will continue to repeat over and over the same thing and tell you that the supervisors don’t have time for your call - I had to ask for a supervisor 11 times before I got to talk to someone else. Customer service reps are answering the phone and reading computer scripts like a robot and they CAN NOT answer anything using their brain or even find the answer since they don’t know how to use the system to find the answer. Once finally getting a supervisor she tells me they can’t do anything with billing , changing dates or etc their system no longer lets them do anything and that this change has been in place for about a month. I ask for a higher up person since I will be leaving them after 19 years and she couldn’t provide that and she didn’t care that I have been a customer for 19 years and had no customer service skills to try to retain customers. The reps can’t even provide an email or phone number of a customer experience line, or anyone or any department. If you are with TMobile which now stands for TERRIBLE MOBILE run , start looking for a new carrier don’t wait till you need their customer service and find out like I did that they have ZERO customer service they are less then robots on the phone they can’t answer anything or do anything you will be constantly told if you can’t do it on the app or website then they can’t do it or answer any questions or provide any info.

As I stated before don’t wait - run from this carrier, I am looking as of today for a new carrier that will appreciate their customers and actually have customer service and someone to help you when you do call them. T-Mobile is officially TERRIBLE- MOBILE ….

This review should have been ZERO stars but it would allow me to place no stars.

NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Far too much money for things I don’t really need. I ended up switching to a different company when I thought I was doing it prior to my billing but still ended up paying for the month ahead. Almost impossible to cancel the service and pay your final bill. I made five calls to customer service including this evening only to realize that I have to go in to pay it if I don’t want to use a debit card? Yeah I would cannot recommend this service to anyone way too much money for BS that you don’t really need.

Don’t do it save yourself the trouble

First of all, they offered no stars that that’s what T-Mobile would get! I switched over 2 phones with T-Mobile from Verizon. The agent sold me on a keep and switch plan, which is basically a phantom plan when you talk to any other agents with T-Mobile. Long story short they were going to pay up to $800 on my old phones when I switched over. I switched over and they are not holding up their end of the bargain. I’m out of pocket $600 and a shitty cell phone service company. I would highly recommend staying away from T-Mobile if you have the chance I’m going back to AT&T or Verizon.. if it cost me money so be it I’m beyond mad!

Horrible experiences several…

Horrible experiences several interruptions and they will not adjust your bill. We've experienced several days out. The customer service just reads from lines on a computer screen. If you call and speak to someone there will be an added $10 fee to your next monthly bill. We have a $60 Wi-Fi plan and this month they charge us $90 for some type of charges they are literally blaming on the government. The customer service representative said to me the government is making them add these charges. We experienced several interruptions constantly. We have to unplug our gateway router constantly to reset it. I asked nine times to speak to a supervisor while on the phone with customer service and they denied my request. Continued to read off of a screen. Do not get this service no matter what you do.

Bought a phone from Walmart back in…

Bought a phone from Walmart back in August of 2025 was told it was $35 fora phone for new customers and I only had to pay a connection fee. Found out each month that my bill went up $10 each month until the final fourth month when I quit paying because my bill turned out to be $160 for one month I then found out that I was paying for a phone that the deal at Walmart was a scam and that the lady selling me the phone at Walmart was the scammer of T-Mobile so now I am leaving reviews to let people know what kind of crappy company this is and that they should not deal with this company in this company should be shut down I've had my business phone number through Metro for umpteen years and now that I switch the T-Mobile they've also took my business phone number and won't give it back unless I pay them that money for service that is crappy to begin with. So if you're thinking about using T-Mobile you should really check out other companies there's a lot better companies out there than that company like I said I was with Metro for years and now I don't think I want anything to do with any of their sister companies I now have to change my phone number through my whole business and lose money and I'm going to seek a attorney for guidance in this matter because now they have costed me money through my business

T-Mobile fraudulently reopened closed…

T-Mobile fraudulently reopened closed my closed account, sending them to TSI collections harassing former clients such as myself at #732-636-7667. I only have a legally binding contract with T-Mobile. I do not have a contract with TSI. TSI has no right or legal avenue to reach out to demand payment other than paltry scare tactics.

Not only did T-Mobile successfully close my account upon final payment with confirmation. I followed up with a manager at T-Mobile afterwards who confirm this for a second time.

The correct action I am securing, is to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and report the same complaint and verbiage to Trans Union, Experian and Equifax citing that I never signed a contract with TSI. A step further is to report fraudulent activity unauthorized on your account without your involvement, to the federal trade commission. Upon reading further reviews on Trust Pilot, it seems that this is a desperate attempt for T-Mobile to acquire funds in a very pathetic, disgusting , weak, and illegal method from former clients. As I have noted in detail from my personal experience.

Cancel/CLOSED our T-Mobile account back…

Cancel/CLOSED our T-Mobile account back in June, went back to ATT because their service is really bad on the Navajo Nation. Now they are charging us for a free promotional line we didn't ask for or use. Very FRAUDULENT business on their part. We went into the store to make our final payment and informed them we are closing our account and Customer service is saying we should have call them and notify them we were closing our accounts and its a valid charge.

Customer Service has us on a crazy carousel from HELL and we just want to get off! Supervisors just hand up on you or give you the silent treatment, very childish of them. They even gave one in person sales rep at the Tmobile store a hard time about verify is Badge#.
