If I could give minus stars I would!

If I could give minus stars I would!
Delivery due today, Monday - stayed at home, waited (have to wait between 8am-6pm as they won't give a time slot like everyone else), watched the updates on their website, suddenly at 2pm 'real time' an update appears from '12:46hrs' stating that 'Time constraint prevented delivery. Delivery at first opportunity'.
You can not contact them as a customer, either via phone or email - no web chat available, just kept completely in the dark! I had to go back through the business I ordered from.
They contacted TNT and we given no explanation just that I will now get the delivery on Monday!
Another day off just to convenience TNT, barriers at every corner to prevent any communication, you can't even complain to them!!!!
ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

Courier company? You’re having a laugh.

This company have to be the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I have been waiting in for two days for the delivery of my E Bike collected from Farnham. The bike was booked in for next day delivery, but was somehow sent to the wrong address. They had to be redirect it to another depot. There was no update at all to reflect this on the tracking number and after waiting in for five hours I called customer services who told me what the problem was. The lady I spoke to assured me that she would call the depot and get them to call me the following day with a three hour time slot. After her call another chap called apologising profusely, assuring me that the bike would be delivered the day after. I received confirmation that the bike was on their van and would be with me by 6 o’clock in the evening. I had to completely reschedule my whole day to make sure that I was in to receive the bike. Unfortunately there wasn’t a neighbour who could accept delivery. I have just spent another day, eight hours of my life, wasted, waiting for a bike that never turned up. I could’ve picked up the bike and brought it home in two hours. This company are an absolute disgrace and I was strongly suggest anyone who is looking to use a courier company not to use this unreliable, unprofessional, ridiculous business. I now have no idea if my bike will be delivered the next day, so potentially, I would’ve wasted 24 hours of my life waiting for a bike from this utterly useless organisation. I think it an absolute disgrace that they expect people to wait in for eight hours for a delivery. Other companies seem perfectly capable of either giving you a call, or giving you a three hour time slot. This lot, genuinely really don’t give a monkeys behind about their customers and it is absolutely dreadful. I bet your bottom dollar they don’t respond to this trust pilot review, because they clearly do not care.

Avoid!

The seller was great, quick and helpful, but the delivery service (TNT) was absolutely disgraceful. My delivery was delayed a few times, they lost the goods, they didn't respond to emails, and their AI bot on the phone was useless and there was no chance of speaking to a human. If I could give zero stars I would.

The delivery driver left a note in letter box

The delivery driver left a note in letter box at 9.13 am indicating that the package for delivery was being returned to the depot. It also shows date of 26/6/2025 but it’s 25/6/2025. He obviously hadn’t attempted to deliver as I was in the house having breakfast and neither the door bell or knocker were used. Trying to contact TNT/FedEx was impossible

As bad as it gets

As bad as it gets
Sent my partner down to get 2 tyres fitted to two loose wheels. Despite being quoted £10 earlier the same week they charged her £44. When I asked for justification they hung up. Think of that what you will. I won’t be ever using this company again.

Three times I have received emails from…

Three times I have received emails from TNT telling me that a return parcel will be collected between 0800 and 1500 hours.
Three days I have waited at home in vain, waiting for the doorbell to ring so I can give a cheery smile to the collection driver.
Three days I have wasted at home when I could be doing something productive, or even, heaven forbid, out enjoying myself in the beautiful summer sunshine.
But no.
No communication, no collection, and three wasted days thanks to TNT (or is it FedEx I should be blaming?) incompetence/laziness/stupidity (delete as required).
To say I am annoyed misses the opportunity to express how extremely cheesed (Trustpilot would not allow me to put the words I actually wish to write) off I am with the whole saga.
I would like to know to whom to send the bill for £450* for three days of my time wasted waiting for this obviously useless company to actually show up.
I would give zero stars however that's not an option.

*Based on net take home pay per day.

Never showed 11/6/25, 13/6/25 and 18/6/25 despite notification that this would happen.

Unless service and lie on their tracking

Delivered 1 of 2 items, TNT said we were not in for the second parcel on their tracking, how can that be if they Delivered one of the two. Tried several times to have parcel 2 delivered, but their automated service is absolutely useless, kept going in circles. After speaking to the sender to ask them to chase deliver. TNT then added unablemto deliver at customers request due to holiday, this is completely not true. So far I still have not received my second part of the delivery. Avoid this company at all costs. They are cowboys.

I engaged with their customer service via their chat bot which got me to explain everthing then it put me on to a system to pay to complain.bIm already out of pocket due to crap service i’m not paying to chat to a real person

Just another unhappy customer

Just another unhappy customer. Bought something online that was shipped from Italy. I didn’t have options on how it was delivered to the uk but the sender chose tnt. Finally shipping details appeared on the tnt track and trace site and delivery was due in 2 days but then I get a random spammy VM from fedex in unintelligible English saying I owe import charges and VAT (don’t get me started on Brexit), but no info on how to pay. Find a CS tel number for tnt (really not easy), Call and pretend I have an account so I can get past the robot woman and speak to a human being. Eventually speak to someone, drawn out conversation with lots of ‘please wait 2 or 3 minutes while I look into that’ to be told I can’t simply pay but instead I’m given an email address to email to request my invoice. Told by the agent it might be 1-10 days until they respond, that’s quite an uncertain timescale! I email them, get automated email with a ticket number. That was 2 days ago. Heard nothing since. They need to hire some people to rip up their customer experience processes or maybe just closing the company would be better for everyone. So many companies do what they do but better, what a joke.

a new faulty mower had to be returned…

a new faulty mower had to be returned and stiga arranged for tnt to pick up 27th they didn't turn up. It was then rearranged for 28th. Again no show. TNT said they would look into and escalate if it was not collected on the 29th. Nothing happened, but I got email saying helpdesk would ring me on the 30th. On the 30th I get an email saying driver had come on the 29th at 15:56 and been unable to collect and they were now closing
the issue. This was just a lie. I was in watching a film
all afternoon and nobody came. They are worse than useless.

Re-delivery of parcel

There was a hiccup in the delivery to us. Understandable as our houses are not well numbered. We thought re-delivery would be a real hassle but couldn't have been more wrong. When we contacted customer services the response (from an actual human not robot!) was courteous and too the point. Prompt action was taken to get our order to us and we received this large heavy order within the hour of phoning. The delivery man couldn't have been more helpful and lifted it just where we needed. We're not too agile and not too technical but TNT have got a good accessible to all company well organized. Thank you TNT. Praise where praise is due in this modern world of on-line shopping.

I would give no stars

I would give no stars , same old same old said they tried to deliver at 3.48 but no one in ? I was cleaning the car and partner watering the garden all recorded on two cameras so I called 0800 100600 and talked to the female computer who said the same but I said I wanted to speak to a manager to complain and got through to Merna who was very polite and professional she took note of my complaint, I said I’d rather be told the driver was fed up and gone home rather than lied too and wasted time from work waiting from 8 am to a potential 6 pm , complete joke, why can’t they also be like DPD and give you a two hour time slot and driver live drop off number let’s see if they phone back tomorrow with a time slot and a actual delivery

Liars liars liars

Everything went wrong with the expected delivery. We have been waiting for a month for an item to arrive. From TNT said that they attempted delivery three times but it was declined. What big fat liars they are! Why would you decline a delivery that you are awaiting. And we know that they have not attempted the delivery because there is someone at home at all times.

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. Why are businesses ruining their reputations by still using them? (Uprise Cycles!)

Having to take a whole day off unpaid to wait in all day for something I paid a great deal for. I should have asked who they used before ordering from them. Never again! Delivery free but cost £140 in lost income

Most awful company in the world!

I have ordered a sofabed on Amazon and had to be delivered on Monday 12th, between website and many calls, I managed to know that the parcel was delivered for no reason to a different address! Unfortunately, the person at this house was in holiday and I was unable to get in touch. I have contacted the seller, and between many calls from the seller and I, TNT said that the parcel will be delivered (magically) on Tuesday. It's Tuesday 4pm and no news of the parcel, back to call multiple times I just got tired. Today 14th I have been notified that the parcel it's been delivered, again, at the wrong address and this time the owner was there, apparently the delivery tracking number, even if the right one, was identical, so I decided to complain to TNT, Ms Wright contacted me and informed me that as wasn't in my name but in my mom's name (she unfortunately isn't with me here anymore), she wasn't able to give me the information. I have ended up to waste my time, money for the hotel, and buy a new bed to IKEA. Today I have contacted my lawyer and I have decided to proceed with a claim for distress and the lost due the service provided from TNT.
News: After the review TNT asked to fill a Complaint form, they said before 6pm I will get some news. News? No a message or a call! What a Bunch of LIERS!

A delivery company that can’t deliver…

A delivery company that can’t deliver parcels. When I see a third party using them for courier I am always tempted to send my refund request prior to it even being dispatched.

They have never delivers a parcel next day when paid and instructed to do so.

Any company using their services please stop.

Waste of time

Was told (via email)my parcel would be delivered by 6pm on the Friday. Checked the update to find there was a delay so it didn't arrive. Didn't arrive on the Saturday or the Sunday. It is impossible to get any information about possible delivery time/date on line. Subscribed to alerts but never received any. And as for contacting TNT about the delay, forget it. They avoided that option.

Cannot understand TNT as I have a…

I have 4ased my rating a little as tnt did eventually contact me regarding this a promised it would be delivered Sat morning before 12 midday let's hope so will update..

Cannot understand TNT as I have a parcel arriving today and it states its at the delivery depot but heres my issue, it now says "On request of customer, or due to customer holiday, a new delivery date and time has been planned" No this is strange as I never requested his and instead of delivering today 9th they are say I request it to be delivered on th 12th.. NO I DID NOT ald when you call all oyu get is a false bot saying please redierect it using out website.. other problem is I am away for 2 weeks as from the 11th so I doubt if I will get my parcel Thank you TNT
