Absolutely disgraceful. Poor communication claimed to have attempted to deliver twice. Clearly haven’t no calling card left. Apparently they’ve contacted me and are waiting for a reply??? Li... See more

The attempted delivery that never happened
‘Tried to deliver at 11:15 but customer not home.’ Not only was I home, but my main front door was open all morning and my dog was lying on the doormat by the porch door, watching the world go by. He woofed at the squirrels, he barked at the pigeons, he wagged his tail when my neighbour went to his car. But curiously he didn’t bark at the delivery driver who I’m told tried to deliver my parcel. And if a card was left, my dog must’ve swallowed it whole, as no trace remains.
So-called ‘re delivery’ now booked for tomorrow. My dog will be waiting…
Update, same day, 3pm: my parcel has arrived. I asked the driver if he’d attempted to deliver earlier, and no he hadn’t. Ah well, I’m happy I have my parcel. And I wondered if I should give TNT another star for that, but my dog says no.
Unprofessional
TNT is one of the worst delivery companies I have dealt with. The driver was extremely rude, refused to carry the package properly, and even threatened to leave it in the rain. Later, TNT lied and marked my delivery as “rejected” when I never refused it. Completely dishonest and unprofessional.
if ther was a 0 star it's still to much…
if ther was a 0 star it's still to much .
total bunch of idiots running this company.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid…
Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company completely! The fact that they don't reply to any of the negative reviews here, show that they really don't care. I have been waiting for a parcel since 27th July. Multiple excuses, firstly a discrepancy with our address, which was a lie. Sent the address again with instructions how to get to us. No courier company has ever had a problem before. Then waited in a whole day, no delivery. Then TNT and FedEx. blaming each other for the issues, when in fact they are the same company. Finally today, the parcel appears to be lost but still no update on track and trace. Multiple Emails wishing me a good day, blah, blah, blah. Honestly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. AVOID.
"There's been a delay but we're working…
"There's been a delay but we're working hard to deliver on time". The laughably named "track and trace" has said this for 12 hours now. Plainly no one is working hard and in fact are doing absolutely nothing. They have so little respect for their unfortunate customers time that they can't admit it won't be getting here today. I will have to wait and waste another whole day due to their incompetence, dishonesty and lack of basic consideration. I wish you could get compensation for all the time they waste. A pathetic performance that I am sad to have been forced to be involved in. Also it's difficult not to have ill feeling for the company that chose to use these useless fools.
I thought Evri had issues!
I thought Evri had issues!
Bought an item on Fri 1st Aug (stated next working day delivery). The company dispatched on time for TNT to collect, and that's where the story begins.
Mon 4th Aug (delivery day) 8:15 am, out for delivery, 11:17 am, time constraint prevented delivery, 11:19 am, shipment now at depot. This went on all week, so the following Monday (1 week after the due date), I rang the company that sent the goods (couldn't get hold of TNT). After some time, they came back to me, and TNT had assured them it would be delivered by 6 pm that day.
11th Aug, 4:21 pm (two and a half hours before cut-off time), I get another notification (Held. Awaiting correct address. Follow-up actions underway).
Probably the worst courier I've ever had
Lazy driver
Driver turned up, looked at the consignment of 9 boxes and announced he wouldn't be lifting them. He scurried away looking embarrassed.
Paperwork stated 9 boxes with all weights and dimensions, so the driver clearly didn't bother to read the paperwork beforehand.
Why bother being employed as a van courier when he has no interest in doing his job and seeks an easy day? This is part of his job and he was clearly negligent in his duties.
Now I'm stuck with 9 boxes taking up room when they were supposed to be collected today.
This driver is about as much use as a paper lifejacket!
Poor show and certainly not recommended.
CORPORATE LIARS company not fit for purpose
One star is one too many.
Organised a home pick up which never happened. Waited in all day at a friends flat for collection of a blood sample which was due to be flown out to a lab in Hungary. This had already involved a special diet before it was drawn, organising a phlebotomist, travelling three hours on a ferry and two hours by car to get to a suitable arranged collection point (I live on a Hebridean Island). The sample was time critical and needed refrigeration. However courier failed to turn up. The appalling customer help(less) line was a hopeless merry-go-round led by a soul less, smarmy chat bot. It was too moronic to help. Had to contact the account holder in Sweden who sent the blood test kit and they were very helpful. By 5.30pm when still no van, decided to race down the motorway to get it to the nearest TNT station, however due to road closure and bumper to bumper traffic, didn't make it before the depot shut. So next morning (still no van) took it ourselves to the depot, where we handed it over in person. Half an hour later received an email from the lab saying TNT let them know the pick up was cancelled due to "the shipment was not in a condition to be picked up" which just added more panic and stress. Fortunately for us, this was just another baseless lie and the blood sample did make it to the Hungarian lab (after inevitable customs delay, thanks a lot Brexit) in time to be analysed. I have chronic Lyme disease and this TNT debacle just added to the pain. Customer care is non existent and the TNT seem like a greedy sham company raking money in and underinvesting in human employees. For all I know they don't even have courier drivers as I never got to see one.
In May we received an Easter present…
In May we received an Easter present (worth about $10 and 4 weeks late) from a friend in the USA.The gift was delivered and 4 weeks later a bill for unpaid taxes turned up. We have all the tracking documentation from the friend and all the duty was paid in America. The parcel mysteriously went via Poland which wasn't planned. We have had 3 increasingly sniffy reminders for the duty (on Fedex headed paper but their email/ contact is now defunct) and despite numerous contacts with the TNT customer service bot we have only had a case number sent on each occasions as a reply (no follow up by TNT and no way to act on these case numbers apart from repeat the process and get another case number). It is impossible to contact anyone at TNT -they are absolutely dire and should have their license stripped by the regulator. We will have to pay the additional costs even though they have already been paid as their is no way to contact anyone there. Avoid them at all costs.
Blatant Lies Lies Lies
1 Star only because it’s not possible to give them none
Excuses:
1- “ we tried to deliver at 15:01 but no one was home”
2- “we tried to deliver at 15:33 but no one was home”
They do know that most people these days have either CCTV or A Doorbell Camera right?
Blatant Lies!
To add insult to injury you then get to speak to a Robot. When you finally hang on in there and speak to a Human, they are even more Robot than the Robot!
“I understand” they don’t!
“I’m Sorry” they’re not
“I’ll escalate your complaint” they won’t
You’ve got more chance of throwing your item in the river and hoping by some chance it floats to its destination!
Do yourself a favour and use anybody other than these Clowns
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you have been warned

No tracking other than (will be delivered before 6pm), no ability to mark a safe place to leave incase I'm not home and no ability to get even a 3 hour window of when the delivery will arrive
2025 and I'm stuck in the house all day waiting on a parcel.... fun
Useless outfit
Useless outfit. The worst. 4 days running "Time constraint prevented delivery. Delivery at first opportunity". ie The courier could not be bothered.
Competing for the Worst Courier Award!!
Expecting a delivery today with a tracking reference. The only problem and it's a BIG one is that TNT do not offer a 'tracking' service. Apparently, the package will be delivered sometime today between 8.00am - 6.00pm and I'd question whether this can be described as a 'service'. When there are so many good couriers around, why would anyone use this useless shower?
Waited 2 days for delivery then went on…
Waited 2 days for delivery then went on app to see its at depot tried to contact but just talking to a robot.
Did what was asked but had message to contact customer service again even when I try to redeliver call customer service.
Absolutely disgrace this company and a joke so now not sure if going to get my parcel delivered .
Illegible customs paperwork and unexplained costs
Illegible customs paperwork. Invoice number incorrect for payment system so could not access their system. Incorrect currency exchange calculation, Undefined additional costs added.
When asked was told that it wasn’t a FedEx problem it was a TNT problem , but all the paperwork and invoice was from FedEx.
Appalling!!
Waiting for a bike to be delivered since 7th July. It is 1 week now!
Looking at the reviews this appears to be a consistent theme.
Karen Reddington (CEO), would you want a delivery by TNT?
I wonder what it feels like to be at the helm of a company with such poor rating. Or maybe you just don’t care!
Shambles of a delivery company
My delivery was due yesterday, I stayed at home, track and trace said it was out for delivery and it would be here before 6pm. Suddenly it said due to "Time constraints" delivery was possible. Next day my partner was home all day. Track and Trace said "In transit". Waited til 6pm again then suddenly Track and Trace changes to "12:45 Company closed on delivery attempt. Follow-up actions underway". There's been no van arrive all day. It's a residential address not a company. The claim that they tried to deliver was completely false.
You can not contact them, I had to go back through the business I ordered from. They assured me that they'd communicated with TNT and had been assured that it would arrive today. The 1 star that I've been forced to give them is 1 star too many.
Where is my parcel?
Where is my parcel? Having corrected an address error on 30th June (not my fault as correct address was originally given to company sending out item) delivery was scheduled for 2nd July before 6pm. That date came and went. 2 days later the shipment was 'in transit' but, because of a "Delay due to driver driving the wrong way" parcel still had not arrived. My nearest depot is Bristol but, now I see from the tracking information that today my parcel is now in Bedford! This was originally ordered on 3rd June with an expected delivery in 6-8 working days. It's now more than a month later and my parcel has STILL not arrived! The tracking information is farcical, I don't know when it will arrive as it seems to be being sent around the country for fun and, because I am the recipient and don't have an account with TNT, trying to talk to someone on the phone is almost impossible! None of this is my fault but I am exasperated at the poor standard of service and obvious failure in following procedures. I will NEVER use TNT again because they clearly have a very poor set up, poor procedures, a reluctance to communicate with customers and an untrained workforce .... surely the shareholders cannot support this.
This customer service lie customer
This customer service lie customer, they working on delivery Monday to Friday till 4 pm .if you want your parcel you must take off from work?!, Mary from customer service not pleasant , not helping .so I contacted the shop about not delivering parcel , wasted time so don't use this company!!? Untill I don't receive parcel I will leave bad reviews day by day .now my delivery missing second day
Delivered late, half of items lost, tracking gives false info
3/4 items arrived a day later than scheduled. The tracking claimed that delivery is on time, while it was already late and the item had not even left TNTs first depo. The missing item is “being recovered”. The driver said directly that this is happens all the time, because no one checks that everything has been loaded in the van and items are left behind all the time. He said it in front of my video door bell, so I have this on video.
Companies sending items to their customers via TNT just leave their customers to deal with a hopeless courier company, and the customer cannot do anything about this because they don’t have a contract with TNT. Lesson learned - do not do business with businesses who deliver via TNT.
