Solid, reliable survey site. It takes a while to earn enough for that minimum $15 payout, but it's nice to do surveys here and there and watch it accumulate. I especially like the daily questions on v... See more

I really enjoy doing these surveys. There are a wide variety of topics and sometimes the topics really make you think!!
Well here we go again - I now cannot update my Google account and every week I miss out on 250 points. YouGov's site has been acting very slow, and many times I can't even log in, and when I do and go to their Support page to bring this issue to their attention they now have a third-party 'firewall' which thinks my account is a threat and blocks me from accessing it. Fortunately I had saved an email directly from their Customer Support and have been in touch with them, but, as always, they're pointing the finger at me, telling me it's a problem on my end. NOT TRUE!!! I HADN'T MADE ANY CHANGES TO MY COMPUTER IN BETWEEN THE LAST TIME IT WORKED UPDATING GOOGLE! The prblem is theirs to fix, and they never believe me until several months go by and all of a sudden the issue 'magically' goes away and, I repeat, didn't do anything differently to fix it. YouGov, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE NOW! One more thing: every time they respond through Trustpilot in their responses to me they always tell me to give me the case number BUT I NEVER GET A CASE NUMBER FROM THEM. It's just another way of them stalling and shirking their responsibilities.
I always have a nice experience doing the surveys. They are interesting.

The surveys were good and simple, and eventually I received a $15 gift card. I did not receive the $300 that I was told I was getting in the beginning.

The surveys are fun to fill out. All kinds of topics so it never gets boring. I get all excited when I see an email from them in my box.

Most of the surveys are interesting and I love being able to give my opinion and have it actually make a difference. I feel like I'm being heard.

The surveys are always interesting, never seem to be biased one way or another, and questions are easy to understand. At the end of every survey, an option to express additional comments is provided. Unlike other survey platforms, YouGov doesn't waste your time by asking the same questions, redirecting to other areas to 'see if you qualify'. This is one of the BEST and my absolute favorite
