Well I've only completed 2 days worth of exercises on the app. So far so good. I feel like I will have more to say further down the line

The app is making me look at things as they really are, in regards to myself.

I feel using the tools this app is giving me is helping md to gain insight as to why I’m procrastinating & why I’m never prepared, or getting things done. It’s a learning tool & I still have a long way to go. But I’m starting to see my patterns.

The lessons are short n easy to follow, doesn't feel like a chore to open the app everyday which is honestly rare for me.

The exercises feel doable, not overwhelming like other productivity apps i tried before that just made me shut down completely n give up.

I am just trying to get used to this and hold myself accountable. Your app is a concise "diving board".

I was actually travelling today so didn't have time to get to this until after dinner. It all seemed achievable. I have a room that I have been trying to clear up for years and I spent almost a month going in and doing teeny bit but my mood plummetted as I didn;t knowe where to begin and ended up fust closing the door and doing something outsite or a sport

It's good but I got tricked into upgrading to premium via there process when I had deliberately selected a different model

This company is very deceptive. It signs you up for an annual subscription unknowingly and they will not respond when you ask for a refund. Do not deal with this company. They want your money. They are not interested in you.

the progress tracking keeps me motivated. I think adding more achievement milestones would make it even better.

Agreeing this may be actual depression. Hoping to see if learning more about it improves my daily outlook, motivation and completion of tasks.
