Site is a scam. Their company address is a park in NY. The return address on my package is a random gas station. Was supposed to send me a Sony controller and instead sent me a 10$ controller I paid them 63$ for. Website says I'm entitled to a refund and they are offering me $2 for my inconvenience. Total scam.some jerk sitting at home with a PayPal account ripping people off.

Ordered 1/6 scale rock Rey rock crawler on March 23rd, still waiting. Have contacted them numerous times, one reponse only that said it had been shipped. The tracking number reflects shipped through numerous places but now it says returned to sender. Please do not order from them. My 14 year old grandson is heartbroken, he worked hard to save the money for this car.

This company has horrible customer service. Its actually based out of China, not Manhattan, NY. My experience with them has been terrible. It took over 5 weeks to recieved the item. I tried to return, they won't respond. What they sent is crap. I want a refund.

Well I have 3 weeks ago an still ain't seen it been watching the tracking # and it hasn't moved just wondering if a person receives a package from these crappy people and if so on the Losi rc car let me know please!!!!! This website is a scam based in China with a U.S. address. After a month I received a package from them, a dollar store toy. This website should be removed or the sites that promote This site should be held responsible for these known scans.

Ordered PS4 dualshock controller on April 7th , on the 14th my order was not processed or shipped, I asked for refund and cancellation, on the 15th they asked for order number, and haven't heard anything till I reported to PayPal, on the 28th, PayPal denied my claim because I didn't know what category this issue fit best in. I selected billing dispute only because I asked for a refund and to cancel the order before it shipped.. fast forward to now.. it arrives 37 days later. It doesn't connect to ps4, there is no where to plug headset into it. This item isn't even worth the package it was shipped in. Tofugaga are quick to take your money, and send you a package of crap. I've had better stuff come from wish, we all know it's gonna be a long wait, and order issues have been easily resolved.

They sell fake products and none of them work. I bought two ps4 controllers and they were toys. They didn’t connect to the ps4 and only flashed a blue light if you connected to ps4, but when you press the ps button it didn’t do anything at all. Don’t buy anything from the company. They are scammers that’s it.

Ordered some PS4 controllers almost 3 weeks ago. Have not received the controllers, have not received any response back from the company when I inquire about shipping and tracking.

Total scam. Bait and switch site. I ordered a $62 RX car, that took 30 days to come and it was not the product I purchased for $62. Some piece of crap $29 RC car. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card to get my money back and also writing to the BBB. Let’s get them arrested and out of business. Wish I found this review site before purchasing. **do not buy from them**

Ordered two red PS4 controllers. Got suspicious immediatley when there was no email confirming my order. It said an email would be sent when the Oder shipped. Then I read these reviews and and the ridiculous 12 hour cancellation policy. I called my credit card company the next day where the charge had already been submitted and alerted them to this likely fraud and disputed the charge and canceled the card. I also sent email to Tofugaga notifying them of my action an cancelling my order. They replied with "We already boxed your order. Why are you cancelling?". I ignored that reply. Thank you for this website alerting me to take timely action before it was too late. Remember classic scam techniques, price too good to be true and poor grammar in the ad and the email.

I spent $51 (on Sale!!) on shoe containers for my son. These containers (in the photo) appeared to be very high quality, hard plastic containers. What I received was flimsy plastic (similar to a plastic folder) that you had to fold to construct. No shoe would fit in even one of them. It wasn't worth $2 (not to mention the $51 i spent)! Completely fraudulent! And after looking for new shoe containers I found the EXACT SAME PHOTO on the Container Store website so clearly they pulled it from there. Their refund policy says they will not refund anything on sale! BUYER BEWARE this place is a total scam!!!!!!!!
