After far too long and minimal response to communication package arrived with a bonus tin I don’t order. Only 3 stars for the issues.

Made an order April 2/25. Processed and sent shipping info April 2/25. Delivery date was April 4/25, that came and went and delivery status changed to delayed. I have emailed 2x asking for update or refund, no reply. Phone cs number and it goes directly to voicemail with Chinese message. Sent WhatsApp message and sits as delivered.

Placed an order March 26, to which I received an email with an order number. It's now April 10, with no updates. Reached out via email, phone and WhatsApp and I've been ghosted.. Do not recommend.

Update: Package received April 24. Zero communication aside from an email informing me it had shipped. Will not order from them again.
