The fabric was tightly knit but not heavy. It has a smooth hand. I washed in cold water and air dried. It held its size and shape. I am happy with this purchase.

Vile fabric, cute surface design
I'm a bit disappointed with the material and finish of this cardigan, especially for the price. It's poorly stitched and constructed, the bands the buttons are on a raw, wonky, and badly stitched. It doesn't lie flat and it's quite a cheap, nasty, synthetic, staticky fabric. The design is really nice but if I'd have realised the fabric was quite as awful as that I wouldn't have purchased it. I'm not wearing it at the minute because it's the wrong season. It's really hot. I may wear it come the winter and I may come to like it but I don't really like the fabric at all.

Designs are cool and I found the fit to be best if you go one up from what you normally wear. Material is light and airier than what I would normally find for mesh shirts purchased at local retail. Overall satisfaction is good for the purchase and delivery service.

Great experience dealing with TokTig. Quality t-shirts and jerseys that never fail to get other people to smile and comment about the design/graphics. Also, response from customer service is prompt and courteous. Size guide completely wrong
When I ordered the T shirt, I was concerned about getting the right size, as the size guide seemed odd. But I chose a M. It has arrived, and indeed seems to be bear no relationship to the size guide online. Actually it is too big for the intended recipient. I hesitate to purchase a further different item as it is for a present, and the size is important. The T shirt at first sight is very nice and I will keep it for myself. Also there are a bewildering array of discount offers, which actually I did not realise when I ordered so I payed way over the odds. [I now have an update and can report that customer service have made an offer, which I appreciate]

Extremely Poor Quality, Returns and Customer Service
I ordered two clothing items from Tokyo-Tiger in March 2026. The items received did not fit as expected and the quality/materials were significantly below what was represented on the website. The products also lacked expected branding labels and care instruction tags.
I contacted the company immediately after delivery to request a return within their advertised 30-day return policy and sent multiple follow-up requests over a period of several weeks without response.
After opening a PayPal dispute, the seller responded with repeated offers of partial refunds (30% and later 50%) if I kept the items, rather than providing a straightforward return/refund process.
PayPal eventually instructed me to return the items using tracked shipping to an address in Xi’an, China. However, the return shipment could not be delivered because the seller did not provide a recipient contact name or telephone number despite repeated requests through the PayPal dispute process. China Post EMS attempted delivery three times before returning the parcel to me.
PayPal ultimately ruled in my favour and seller issued a full refund. This process took 2 months from date of order to refund being issued.
Based on my experience, customer service and the returns process were extremely poor and unnecessarily prolonged by comparison to quality brands such as Suzsushii
