My shirt is better than expected
My shirt is better than expected. I originally ordered a Medium and when I realized my mistake customer services promptly changed to XS with no problems. I’m 5’2” about 110 lbs and the XS fits slightly oversized which is what I wanted. I recommend Tokyo Tiger for their original designs and cool style. I love my shirt.

Ordered 5 shirts in 3XL. Then I remembered I bought 5XL from NerdyWave (fantastic company) recently and that fitted perfect. I contacted Tokyo-Tiger to change size to 5XL but some was maximum at 3XL, which was fine. At first they said they couldn’t change it and weren’t very helpful. Then they said they could change two to 5XL after I explained their own website said changes could be made in first 24 hours!!
Tonight I went on AliExpress and found the same shirts at £5 each and order more from there instead. Buyer beware, I guess I bought before I did my research 🧐

Great products really good customer…
Great products really good customer service which is very responsive when you ask them questions through WhatsApp. The only one problem I've had was my last delivery was left in a place where it could have been stolen and fortunately my neighbour saw the package and saved it for me so I would request that you make sure that the delivery is right to my front door and not left in a public area where anybody can access it.

Great Quality & Excellent Customer Service
The items are all great quality and the VIP WhatsApp service which trouble shoots allows you to contact someone directly with no waiting on a phone or for an email. The replacement service for items that aren’t correct saves returns and the staff are polite and efficient. Takaki was particularly helpful. The items wash really well and are comfortable to wear. However, please be aware that the women’s sizing does not match the unisex sizing so size up!

I received my second order. But I didn't receive my first. It went to my physical address and not my shipping address. Somebody said that they would contact me in 2-3 days. Never did. I would just like my refund so I can order again. Or not.

When the order went wrong, Tokyo Tiger made it right
Excellent service and beautiful designs. Initially I gave a 3 star review as the t-shirts I ordered arrived and were far too big for the children. They fit the children's mother. I loved the designs but the sizing was wrong. I said so in the review and Tokyo Tiger contacted me immediately. They offered to replace the t-shirts or give me a full refund. Very impressed with the response. I went with the replacement as I really like the designs and so do the children. They arrived and they're absolutely perfect. I love the t-shirts but I'm even more impressed with the service. I simply didn't expect that kind of attention and follow up with an online store.
