Love the design and feel of the shirts but sadly the sizes I found way off. Always order big to make sure but these are at least 2 sizes smaller than usual fitment and therefore useless

I have now placed 4 orders with…
I have now placed 4 orders with Tokyo-Tiger and I just LOVE their 'washed t-shirts'. The material is so nice and production of the ones I have ordered are outstanding! I can see an order #5 in my future. I get routine emails for updates but they do lack in communications when it comes to keeping the buyer up-to-date. There's been only one time (1st order) where I did need customer service and they responded quickly to resolve the issue. My last order I got about 10 days ago, Takaki was very good with keeping in touch. I did find that after the 1st order, if you pay for Priority shipping, I get my items almost twice as fast. I am on the east coast of the US. I wish I knew how to use my points. I think there is around 1700 attached to my account. I want to use them when I order but I can't figure out how to do it. I want to find a way to use them to pay for the t-shirts. So, great job, Tokyo-Tiger. I WILL be back!

Well, this was my second order at Tokyo Tiger and I was absolut satisfyed again. There are a lot of cool things on their webside and this time again, the quality is great. Worth it's price for sure.
The payment was fast, safe and easy!
When it comes to the delivery service, they make it different and, in my opinion, better than the most. You can contact them via WhatsApp and a service worker will help you with all your questions. Instead of looking yourself for the delivery status or what ever. In my case, this time the name of the worker was Takaki. The answers always came fast and got the informations I wanted. It's very cool to have some real person looking after your requests you Put out there in WhatsApp.
