I do not recommend
Unfortunately despite having placed two previous orders which were excellent, we placed an order for some inportant badges and they arrived different to the approved design. One of colours were so far from what was agreed that the badge was completely washed out. Unfortunately the customer service at this point also left a lot to be desired. For this reason I would not recommend tolley badges 😔

We are naturally very disappointed to hear that this latest order did not meet your expectations, particularly after the success of your previous two orders with us.
As discussed during our correspondence, the badges were produced based on the approved artwork provided prior to manufacture. We do advise customers during the approval process that colours can vary from screen to screen and between artwork and final production unless specific Pantone references or physical samples are supplied for exact matching purposes. Without a Pantone reference, we can only colour-match as closely as possible to the artwork visible on our production screens. During our discussions, you also confirmed that you were not trying to match a specific colour and that a range of yellow shades would have been acceptable provided they were reasonably close to the approved artwork.
That said, we fully appreciate that you were unhappy with the final appearance of the yellow thread used on this occasion. Whilst we respectfully maintained our position regarding the production process followed, we did still work with you to reach a mutually agreed resolution in recognition of your concerns and previous custom.
We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with both the product and the service received, as this is never the experience we aim to provide.
We genuinely appreciate your previous support and recommendations, and we wish you and your scout group all the very best moving forward.

The badges were designed from a rough sketch and arrived a week earlier than requested.
I wouldn't use any other badge manufacturers for special reasons as Tolley always delivers.
