The experience we had with Tom Howley's St Albans showroom was interesting, exciting and wonderful. Paul Mathews, the design manager in the show room is highly knowledgeable and well experienced. He guided us through from the design stage up to the installation stage and visited the site few times in between. We had no problem at all, and the delivery of the units were received on the planned date and so was the installation.
Thank you very much Paul for your patience in dealing with us during the design stage and for your advice and guidance.
We have no hesitation to recommend this branch for anyone considering to have a quality bespoke new kitchen.

10 weeks from the start of installation and my kitchen still isn’t finished. The designer and showroom staff were fantastic as was the installer but the quality control at the factory need’s addressing.
Parts arrived incorrect, damaged and obviously packed by someone in the factory who didn’t care.
I am still awaiting a shelf as the original and replacement arrived damaged and was packed that way and the third replacement was totally the wrong shelf.
My conclusion is that the final product is overpriced and lacks quality.i will not be fitting a Tom Howley kitchen in my next project.

Everything this company does is first class. The whole process of designing and installing a new kitchen is complicated, expensive, time consuming and very important to get it right first time. Once fitted a kitchen is with you for a long time. Working with Tom Howley was fantastic from the welcome as we walked into the showroom on the first day, the home visit, the design and numerous iterations, and finally to the installation and after sales was brilliant. We received great advice on design, and on sourcing the right appliances, and even after fitting the team have been brilliant in getting all the little snags sorted. The quality of their product is second to none, it feels and is solid, will wear well and provide the heart of the house for decades to come. I can't recommend highly enough

Our amazing Tom Howley kitchen was completed today. From start to finish the whole experience has been fantastic. From the initial visit to the Brentwood showroom to the final hand painted finish.
Jonathan did a superb job spending lots of time and meeting with my wife and I on several occasions to make sure we were completely happy with the design.
Barry was our installer an exceptional joiner whose work is faultless. Such a skilful man who was a pleasure to have in our home. We then had Matt a really nice guy who came and helped with a few adjustments again a lovely guy. Then yesterday and today Alfie came and hand painted the kitchen again to an exceptional standard. He was also a lovely guy who was a pleasure to have in our home. Finally Ian West was our our Field Installation Manager and he also did his outmost to make sure we were happy, great communication with us throughout.
I’m not sure where Tom Howley find their team of people but I can say you couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people and the finished kitchen is nothing but OUTSTANDING!

The process of designing and fitting our new kitchen with Tom Howley was fun and relatively smooth. We visited their offices at Wigmore Street and were impressed by the quality of the kitchens. We were also happy to hear that the kitchens units were made in the UK and were bespoked for each kitchen. Richard Horrocks was appointed as our kitchen designer. He visited our house, rather than working off drawings as other companies tend to. Richard was a good listener, gave us good ideas (such as underfloor heating) and after a few iterations came up with a great design. Six months after installation we are delighted with our kitchen: the design, quality of units and ease of use. We were impressed by Richard Horrocks and Tom Howley in general.

Thanks Annie! We love our Kitchen and Boot Room you designed. The service was great from start to finish. The Kitchen island with the wine cooler is my favourite bit. Once the kitchen was designed by Annie the instal team did a great job. Helen the Project manager's customer care has been brilliant. I would recommend Annie if you want a first class design and service.

I just wanted to share my experience with everyone who is thinking of having a Tom Howley kitchen. I’m so so happy with my Tom Howley kitchen, its everything I’ve ever dreamed of to have a beautiful and well-made bespoke exquisite kitchen. The service I’ve had from beginning to end has been exceptional.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the office staff who have rang/emailed me at various stages to let me know what was happening with my kitchen, they have been brilliant, thank you.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to the fitters, Reese and Dan for their brilliant carpentry work and for making sure I was happy with the work. They were courteous, polite and well-mannered. They did a brilliant job fitting the kitchen, thank you.

I would like to thank Alfie, the painter for a great job in bringing the kitchen together and making it look stunning with his finishing touches, thank you.

The company who fitted the stone worktops (Caesarstone) have done an amazing job and even the fitter of the stone company said my kitchen now looks like a showroom kitchen so what does that tell you. Everything has come together beautifully and my Tom Howley kitchen looks stunning and has the wow factor.

I would also like to thank Ian the overall manager who would pop in at every stage making sure I was happy with how the job was going. He made sure the job run smoothly and was very considerate and respectable of any issues I had and put them right straight away. I found Ian very professional and so appreciated his overall management role in making sure everything came together on time, excellent support throughout, thank you so much for all your help Ian.

We had a hugely positive experience with Tom Howley all the way through - from the design stage with Lucy, Sophie and Rosie in the Bristol showroom through to installation and follow up with Helen and team.
Lucy and Sophie gave us all the time we needed to finesse the design and provided their expert views when it came to perfecting the more fiddly areas of the design.
Helen and her team (Joe, Step, Damian) have been brilliant, very responsive and going above and beyond with the installation logistics and resolving snagging. There was some small damage to our warming drawer which she and her team replaced in less than a week. Within 1-2 days of emailing her about some paintwork that needed touching up, someone had come out to resolve it. We have been very impressed by the service and the end product and would recommend Tom Howley.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We looked at many different kitchens and Tom Howley was stand out for the attention to detail, bespoke cabinetry and being made in the UK. Our designer Annie Tullett from the Cheltenham showroom was amazing, she captured everything and more that we wanted and needed from our new kitchen. The installation was expertly overseen by Helen, and the fitters Will and Dom, and the painter Penchu were all brilliant. It was a stress free process, completed on time (2 days before Xmas!) and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. It has surpassed our expectations and we will enjoy the kitchen and utility for many years to come. The colour combination of Tansy with periwinkle is stunning. We are very proud to have a beautiful Tom Howley kitchen in our home!

Fantastic company, fantastic people. Slightly too expensive but really worth the money!!

We love our kitchen. Paul the fitter and Chris the painter were brilliant. We had some small snagging but these were dealt with very efficiently and our kitchen is just how we thought it would be. We know that if we have any more movement (caused by the kitchen being in a new part of the building) that Helen will send someone out to fix it over the next 12 months. The end product is worth waiting for.

Tom Howley staff were excellent from start to finish. Roz with her patience and help with design to Helen the surveyor, the fitters and snagging team, all did a wonderful job. We love our lounge media unit and amazing bookcase, great quality, fitted perfectly with very few snags which were sorted very quickly. Looks exactly as the design was shown. A big thank you to the whole team for a great job.

Dream Kitchen!

Huge thank you to the team at Tom Howley for creating our dream kitchen!

The experience was so professional, from Katie’s design work through to installation. Katie worked with us to ensure that we had exactly what we needed. The customer service from both Katie and Ian was exceptional throughout.

Our fitters Frank, Glen and Harry were incredible, such friendly guys and extremely talented. Nothing was too much for them and they were prepared to go above and beyond for us to ensure that we were happy with the end result. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to install our kitchen.

I write this review in an attempt to assist everyone out there who is looking to have installed an upper end kitchen.

There are a lot of companies offering an upper end kitchen product and my wife and I spent a tremendous amount of time looking at kitchens as we needed a substantial sized one to go into our house and we really needed to get it right. In addition to looking at the usual companies that are in this marketplace we also looked into bespoke companies. It really is a minefield of knowing who to go to because you only get one opportunity.

In the finish after all our due diligence we selected Tom Howley. We dealt with a gentleman called Alistair at their Beaconsfield Showroom. Of course Alistair’s job is to sell kitchens but we felt more comfortable with him than anyone else we had ever spoken to and some of the suggestions he recommended were genius and the things he picked up upon no other company or individual spotted.

In addition, we also ordered a utility room and again Alistair’s design was brilliant. A deposit was paid and a schedule was provided which Tom Howley stuck to. Prior to installation we met Helen who was the Installations Manager who was going to take control of all aspects of the kitchen installation going forward. I liked Helen from the minute I met her and I felt extremely comfortable with her. Helen was straight talking and told me that she was there to sort out any problems which inevitably there would be given the size and the complexity of the installation work. Helen told me she would keep me fully informed and advised and updated on all matters.

The kitchen and utility room arrived on schedule. Helen came over and checked all the items over to ensure that they met the highest possible quality standards. A few days later we met with our kitchen installer called Kosta who I really liked. I felt very at ease with him and like Helen nothing was too much trouble for him. Of course we had a lot of questions and he provided answers to everything we asked. He was meticulous with the way he undertook his work and we really could not fault anything he did. A cheerful, knowledgeable and meticulous chap and we could not have asked for better.

After Kosta was finished Pancho arrived to finish off painting the kitchen. He again was a very nice pleasant knowledgeable guy and did a really good job and would be returning in due course once the kitchen has settled down. Again I cannot fault this guy.

The only real downside of a Tom Howley kitchen is the supply of the items to site. I don’t know how it happened but there were many items that did not arrive on site but Helen was all over this. Helen would call me to tell me what was going on and inform me that the items were on their way having organised this through the factory. In addition, Helen would make regular visits to site and talk to my wife and I on a regular basis.

Without a doubt Helen is the star of the show in the Tom Howley experience. The only way I can describe Helen is “Yes is the answer now what is the question”. Of course Helen only covers certain areas of the country but she is without a doubt a superstar and certainly if I was in the market for another kitchen and on the proviso that Helen would be involved I would not hesitate to order another kitchen through Tom Howley.

We are absolutely thrilled with our exceptionally, beautiful Tom Howley ‘Devine’ kitchen. Not only does it look beautiful but the design and layout allows us considerably much more cupboard space and working areas. We would like to say a very special Thank you to Stella Gilbert who helped make the design process an absolute pleasure and she listened carefully to all of our requests and advised us wisely with the design! Also a very big thank you to Graham Perkins who ensured that everything about the installation was perfect and the entire team recommended by Stella who were all pleasure to have in our home and ensured that every aspect of the installation was completed to an exceptional standard. Thank you! ☺️☺️☺️

Absolutely stunning kitchen that wows anyone that visits.

I had my heart set on the Summerville collection in orchid and dewberry, and it has exceeded my expectations! We chose the Tom Howley team in Cambridge, and they were all amazingly helpful, from the design team to the installers - everyone was incredibly courteous and professional, and nothing was too much trouble.
From start to finish we were well looked after - we had multiple visits to the showroom to make sure the kitchen design was tailored to our vision and made the most of our space. Our ideas were carefully listened to, and we worked together to create a layout that flowed. We were also given samples of the colours and worktop materials to take home to see in-situ.
It is really beautiful and well made, and a huge thank you to everyone involved!

We are fortunate that we chose Tom Howley. Katie Bennett , designer helped us through the journey from design to finish with patience and skill.
Her attention to detail was spot on and we now have a truly wonderfully designed kitchen.

Paul Christie our fitter and Chris Haines the painter both were very talented, friendly, helpful and both had an incredible work ethic. They worked tirelessly to ensure the kitchen was fitted within the timescale and to a very pleasing high standard for us.

We can’t praise this team more highly. What a great team Tom Howley really are. All the employees we met on the journey displayed total professionalism and ultimate pride in the product you deliver to us as the customer. We will remember all of them with a smile, as all of them made such an amazing contribution.
