September 2024 our Tom Howley's kitchen was installed - we absolutely love it. Connie Sharpe was our kitchen designer (West Bridgford)- clearly a very experienced designer not just with kitchen design, with interior design. Connie created a beautiful design which we would have never thought of doing ourselves - she could not have delivered the brief any better. Connie has gone above and beyond advising on design features which have enhanced my new kitchen, making it a 'one off'. We had a few issues with install but who doesn't? The issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the outcome was positive. My kitchen is simply beautiful.

Be really careful with purchasing your kitchen from Tom Howley. The design process was brilliant - the designers were so much more creative with their designs than any other company we looked at. Sadly though the installation process and quality of the finished product is very poor. We had so many items replaced due to poor quality or incorrect base colour. Five years on, I am sad to say that our Howdens utility room looks better! So many areas of our units have paint peeling off - with a light colour underneath - it is very very poor quality for the price you pay. Sadly, our contacts did little to resolve our concerns.

It is great to use such a professional company and team. Richard did a great design, Dom and his team fitted a kitchen which met our expectations and best of all it was all done in the timescales to a very high standard. We love our new kitchen. Thank you

Richard Don and all the team at Tom Howley made the whole process of design, choice of equipment and fitting of our new kitchen an easy and thoroughly enjoyable process. The finished product not only looks great but it is a joy to cook in such a beautiful and functional kitchen.

Our TH kitchen was designed by Matt Mitchell at the Alderley Edge branch. We now have a beautifully fitted kitchen which comes with a huge WOW factor - transformational! From Matt to Simon(our meticulous fitter) to Gavin the painters finishing touches, the whole project was professionally overseen by Don. Every step was clearly briefed and the whole experience from day 1 to completion was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to all including those in the background that you don't get to see within this very reputable company. Many thanks Andy & Penny.

We are thrilled with our fabulous kitchen.
The initial design was carried out by Brenda Gibson at the Fulham Road showroom. She came up with some great ideas that we had overlooked. She took into account the practical elements to the design and created a lovely boot room and pantry as well. The design was simple but glamorous. Brenda considered the fact that we did not want the kitchen to date as well as producing a room that we all want to hang out in.
Graham was the project manager and he was a great communicator. He coordinated and brought the project together within the timescale.
Peter fitted the kitchen for us. He worked brilliantly, always on time and staying late. I could not fault his work. The whole experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you

The attention to detail is amazing from the fitting to the painting and I felt that the end result was perfect! well done and thanks to Tim, Gary, Glen and Stan top team Tom Howley!

Our kitchen was designed by Richard, the fitting experience was overseen by Don and fitted by Ron. Although we looked at a couple of other companies as well, the quality of the Tom Howley product was clearly higher and the design solution which Richard proposed clearly the best for what we wanted. He was also very adaptable when we made changes and decided against a media wall. The fitting happened exactly on time and we were concerned that a couple of smaller matters might not be resolved. To the contrary Don was brilliant throughout, and came to look at anything we queried almost immediately. A slightly faulty double door (we wanted it to be perfect) was replaced without any issue and touching up of any small marks was all done to our complete satisfaction. All the team were superb and we wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending!

Tom Howley, you make truly magnificent kitchens! Dear Sandra, your technical expertise, exquisite taste and exceptional design transformed our kitchen into my favorite room in the house! I greatly appreciated your attention to detail, and ability to serve functionality and aesthetics in equal measure. I enjoyed working with you, and I look forward to working on with you again in the future!

An absolutely fabulous company! Our experience was wonderful from the beginning to end. A very professional company who really value their customers, both during and after sales.
From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we had found the right kitchen and the right people to do it. Matt was very welcoming and informative and he soon had our plans sent to us. Throughout our house build, which took a total of over 3 years, Matt always kept in touch with us and been very patient. He came to visit us a few times including when we eventually had the kitchen fitted. He’s an asset to the company as is Don who oversees the build. Don came quite a few times to ensure everything was going to plan and also to give it a final check. Simon our fitter did a perfect job, a real craftsman and Gavin the painter did a first class job too! We changed a couple of the handles once it was fitted, Matt and Don went above and beyond to find us the ones we were looking for, nothing was too much trouble for them to create our lovely kitchen. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen, it’s everything we dreamed of, the craftsmanship is simply gorgeous, everyone who came to work on it were so lovely and did an amazing job. We liked Matt so much that he has remained a friend to us and us to him, a top bloke and an all round lovely person.

Our Tom Howley Kitchen is absolutely first class. From the minute we entered the showroom to when the painter left after the kitchen had been installed the service has been nothing short of excellent. We are so pleased with the design, materials and colour of the kitchen it is 100% pure quality which has been reflected through the service right down to the product itself. I would highly recommend Tom Howley Kitchens It was worth every single penny 👍

Don was very knowledgeable and helpful with the installation of our media centre, both fitters, Graham and Nick did a great job, no mess or fuss.

Bristol Branch, our experience with the staff at Tom Howley has been exceptional from start to finish. Julie Anne the designer was so patient and understanding and even when the design was changed numerous times it was not an issue.
The team that installed the kitchen from installation manager Helen to Step Toogood & Damian Guy, and Joe Thornell who painted our kitchen perfectly.
Helen advised us at all stages when to expect everyone and they all arrived on time and when expected. The whole experience has been excellent, and more importantly my kitchen is fantastic and way beyond my expectations. Thank you to all at Tom Howley

So we have just undertaken a 7 x month project adding an extension to our barn , my good lady said we need a kitchen to match the beauty of it !
We looked no further than TH .
After visiting their Solihull show room we were met by their Desinger Jack who was very anrticulate and knew his stuff catered for all our needs the appliances are great along with the quality of the furniture !
Once passed off we then paid our money over their time line which we found overrun and left us wondering would it be complete for Christmas … they did pull out the stops and gave us our xmas present complete apart from a few snags which are in the pipeline to be completed this month big thanks you to Mark the area manager for midlands for all his help and customer service 👍🏻
also huge thanks to Ade the fitter excellent product knowledge and attention to detail customer service etc thanks again Ade ,
finally more thanks to their painter finisher Mike again knew his trade workmanship excellent .

From start to finish by experience with Tom Howley at Tunbridge Wells has been outstanding. Starting with Tim Smith, the designer who found a way to design everything I wanted into the kitchen space when other design companies failed. To Josh and Scott the wonderful fitters who have delivered the most beautiful end product with the help of Gary co-ordinating. The whole process with clear milestones at every stage has been a pleasure and a delight and as a result I have a kitchen that is beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you!

We had a kitchen extension in 2024 and explored a number of kitchen furniture providers. We were wowed by Tom Howley from the moment we stepped into the show room. The quality of the furniture is second to none. Our advisor, Paul, was great - really easy to work with, understood our brief and we loved the design he came up with. The customer service was brilliant from start to finish. Everything happened as planned, communication was great and the installation itself was smooth. I couldn't be happier with the kitchen and so glad we opted for Tom Howley.

It all seemed promising until we paid. Since then, we have had nothing but broken promises and a lack of interest from our point of contact. Snags all over the place. Poorly matched wood. Glue seeping out of the veneer - even the guy they sent to repair it was gobsmacked at how bad it was. Swelling on doors that don’t close properly. Don’t reply to emails…..ever. Don’t even bother calling. Our PoC has been slap dash and uninterested in ensuring our kitchen is actually completed. It’s coming up to 4 months and having paid £65k, you’d expect a better quality of service for the money you pay. At this rate, it’s becoming clear that the standard of customer care you get is no better the more you pay.

The fact their complaints system is buried in the deepest darkest recess of their website says all you need to know. They don’t care. Despite our friends asking us about TH, we have told them to stay clear to avoid the disappointment you will get by handing your money over and the quality of the customer care. Tom Howley has lost his way and has allowed lazy, poor employee practices to wreck the company name

We really appreciate the quality of the units and the very helpful staff who fitted it.
The developer of our apartment block hadn't followed the instructions for the electrics but Tom Howley 'bent over backwards' to revisit to give customer satisfaction and get it finished by our personal deadline.
