Our Tom Howley kitchen was designed by Cris Sega, who was fantastic from start to finish. The finished product is exactly as we imagined, and provides a stylish but practical family kitchen that really has the Wow factor. The fitters were also great - personable and very happy to talk through any issues/alterations that were required on site. Cris was also always at hand to provide support when needed, and to ensure any snagging issues were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Cris, and the Tunbridge Wells Tom Howley team, for anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

Building and installing State of the Art kitchens is a complex and time-consuming process. There will inevitably be issues which arise during the process which require resolution from a higher level within the supplying company. We are happy to report that in Rebecca White and Graham Perkins Tom Howley has such people within its ranks. As a result of their painstaking attention to detail and ready availability on the telephone every issue which arose on our installation was conquered to our entire satisfaction. I bought a wonderful kitchen from Tom Howley Esher; Chris Hanger supported me all the way with his expertise from the initial design which he came up with to colour choices and finishes. Installation was smooth and everything worked like clockwork. A fantastic experience and I absolutely love the kitchen. I would recommend Tom Holley and Chris Hanger any time.

From the initial visit at the design consultation, right through to the full installation, painting and warranty, Tom Howley have delivered everything they promised.

Following visits and research into the various kitchen companies out there, we saw the offering from TH and knew it was what we wanted straight away. Their craftsmanship is second to none.

I must highlight fantastic hosting from Anais, an equally exceptional design experience with Richard, as well as the man with the plan, Don, who was amazing throughout, as the project contact.

We were really lucky to work with such a joined up and connected team and I would also thank Roy and Gordy and their teams for all their hard work too. Outstanding tradespeople.

Our first visit to Tom Howley in Harrogate was March 2023, when we met with Beth.

Beth was amazing she listened to what we wanted and with her experience was able to make some great suggestions and put some beautiful designs together for us.

We knew we were in the very early planning stages as our extension was not due to be started until March 2024, but this meant the extension could be planned around the kitchen. The designs gave us a vision of what it would look like and by May we had committed and locked in to the price.

The attention to detail and advice Beth gave us was invaluable. Once the extension was built the designs were tweaked slightly to increase the island size, but still keeping the symmetry and stunning design. The overall process was such an exciting and pleasant experience, and I loved Beth’s honesty in telling me certain handles wouldn’t go with the colour … and she was right.

There were so many decisions to make and trusting our designer made this so much easier. Beth helped guide us with lighting choices, how high to position the island pendants and wall colours.

The fitting team started at the beginning of September, and were finished within the week. There were a few very minor snagging points which were sorted with a few days and now we have a truly amazing kitchen and living space.

Now the dust has settled on a complete house re-build I have to say out of all the trades, the experience with Tom Howley overall has been one of the best. From the design, to the build, to the quality of the product, and then the after care. It has been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a kitchen via Tom Howley

Ros in Cheltenham made our kitchen dream come true. She really made us consider elements of our design that we thought were a done deal, making the kitchen way more user friendly whilst keeping a really stunning design. When you pay for a Tom Howley kitchen it’s both quality and design in equal measure. Other kitchen designers seem to forget about symmetry which Ros obsessed over and it really paid off.
The quality of the aftercare and responsiveness of the after instalment adviser (Helen) was incredible; a stiff drawer was fixed within a week and a cupboard door was also replaced without quibble.
They strive for perfection and that’s what I feel I got, thanks to Ros and her amazing team in Cheltenham. Can’t recommend highly enough, you won’t be sorry.

Our experience of buying a new kitchen from Tom Howley has been first class. From the moment we popped into the Harrogate showroom and met our designer Will Preston who did a great job of designing my dream kitchen, to the fitting and completion, the attention to detail has been excellent. The whole team at Tom Howley work very hard to make sure everything is just perfect and we are very happy customers. Would certainly recommend.

Everything was going well until we paid the full amount. After that a complete disaster. Communication breakdown. No one ever replied. Wrong kitchen worktop delivered, no one took accountability, no one said sorry. Twice (!!!) delivered the wrong size fridge doors. Then left with installation to be done and parts left behind without finishing the job. Never pick up the phone, don't reply. Absolutely disapointed and would NEVER recommend.

I cannot recommend Tom Howley enough!! The whole team have been superb - very professional, exceedingly pleasant to deal with and we are delighted with the finished product. A huge thank you to our designer, Matthew Mitchell. His attention to detail was exceptional and really has created our dream kitchen. Don Teat who supervised the installation and fit-out has been incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom Howley.

If you are looking for a high end traditional bespoke kitchen then this is the company for you! After visiting the Leamington Spa showroom we fell in love with the humble farmhouse style country kitchen look and were captivated by the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the kitchens in the showroom.
Lakshmi Dattathreyan was my kitchen designer and I cannot recommend her enough. She is polite, approachable and very accommodating. She was very attentive to what our needs were and used her expertise and knowledge to understand our requirements and then translate them into a kitchen design compromising of both a smooth practical workflow and a beautiful harmonious design. We then worked together made several alterations/revisions until I was completely happy with the design. Having said that, most people would have probably been happy with the first revision but me being a particularly fussy exacting person whom pays a lot of attention to the fine details got a little carried away, (as I was mixing and matching elements from different kitchen designs and also designing a completely bespoke corner display unit). Lakshmi was just such a pleasure to work with. We were then assigned an Installation Manager Mark Johnson and he was great, he oversaw the entire project, he was very thorough, authoritative and organised ensuring the project ran smoothly. Sean Allen was our kitchen fitter and he was exceptional, I have to commend him for his scrupulous attention to detail. He fitted the kitchen so perfectly taking his time and care ensuring it was done right. Sean is a perfectionist, a true craftsman!
The final but equally important stage was having decorators over who spent a few days perfecting and painting everything to ensure the end result looked absolutely phenomenal!
As with any project sometimes things don’t always go to plan; a few things weren’t quite right but Mark and Sean ensured it was corrected/replaced as quickly as possible with absolutely no fuss or drama which in my personal opinion says a lot about the company. I just cannot fault Tom Howley! Each member is a real credit to the team.
From a price point of view they are not cheap. It is a very expensive kitchen I tried my best to stick to a budget but it went out the window. Having said that you get what you pay for and it is truly bespoke and a hand painted kitchen, so several years down the line I can just have it re-painted and it will look fresh and new again.
In conclusion we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. I wanted my dream kitchen and Tom Howley delivered!

An outstanding professional company.

I went to Wigmore street branch and Richard Horrocks was my designer. He explained the entire process and was very patient with the changes. With years of experiences, Richard was able to give his advice on what may or may not work. He wanted his clients to have the perfect kitchen.

The time-line from the build to fit to completion was on the dot.

The fit process took only 3 days, lead by Frank and his team. I was amazed by the speed of the fit. There were tiny snagging issues and Ian-project manager was fantastic in resolving all very quickly. Also thank you to Rebecca at the office, always prompt and professional in responding to emails.

A big thank you to Tom Howley team, making the entire process so easy for the client.

I met with my designer, Marianne to go through my requirements.

Marianne and the other ladies in the showroom were great.

We locked in a design and fitting began in January 2024.

My fitter, Sean, was fantastic. He did a wonderful job on the kitchen and laundry room and I am very happy with the end result.

I don’t normally write reviews only in exceptional circumstances and this is one of them. I first started looking at a Tom Howley kitchen during the pandemic, as it popped up on my instagram. I kept being drawn to look at it time and time again, Sophie the senior designer from Tonbridge Wells visited me and I had a long wish list. As well as a list of things I didn’t like about my own kitchen. What worked and what didn’t work. Although I have a good sized kitchen (21ft by 11ft) it didn’t lend itself to the all wanted island. But I am a realist and knew this wouldn’t be possible. But I wanted all the best appliances, once I’d seen the wolf oven and the size of it, it was a must. So the challenge had been set, my future happiness was in Sophie’s hands. And boy did she deliver. Yes she did in spade loads. I had total faith in her, and I remember Sophie thinking I might not be keen on the sink moving from underneath the window. I am pleased to say I have never missed it one bit. A few extras that’s weren’t in the brief, the wolf steam oven and the wolf microwave. And Sophie still managed to work it so this was possible. And as if this wasn’t enough she gave me lots of ideas about the flooring, chairs and lighting. I really appreciated all the input everyone has given me. And I would like to heap lots of praise on everyone in this process. First class service, unbeatable. So hear are some thank yous to all the people that supported us through this process. Sophie the designer for creating a masterclass, Lisa and Victoria, Leroy our fitter and he had total attention to detail very calm and a pleasure having him in our home. Andras the decorator who I was told that he is a perfectionist and an absolute credit to his trade. Ian out surveyor who had many calls as there were things I didn’t understand, he made a number of visits while the projects was going on aswell as face timing me, meeting with all the other trades so I felt supported all the way through. I will definitely be recommending that anyone should get a Tom Howley kitchen you will not be disappointed. The only thing you might wish is that you should have done it sooner. We worked on our kitchen with Tom Howley at Cambridge, with designer Priti, for just about 18 months prior to starting our build, and then with our Installation Manager Richard, during the 18 months of building the house.
Through it all our dealings with the TH representatives has been superb. We have dealt with many companies during this build and TH have stood out as an exceptionally professional and customer facing company.
The building company running the build have also only good things to say about them and their dealings with them, including their responsiveness to queries.
Following the installation, the finishing of the kitchen after a ‘settling time’, with the incredibly skilled decorator, Pencho, touching up, was the icing on the cake and our kitchen is now the stunning heart of our new home.

Emily Grundy our kitchen designer was exceptional. From the moment we walked into the Wigmore Street Store and met her I knew we were in good hands. Her attention to detail is second to none and she helped us with all our desicions and was so patient when I couldn't decide on colours! The installation team were fantastic. We did have a major issue with an oven and hob that were not working but Tom Howley were great and got someone out to sort it and replaced the hob in no time. What amazing customer service! We have the kitchen of our dreams and I still have to pinch myself every morning. If you are thinking of getting a Tom Howley Kitchen go for it you won't regret it and get Emily to design it for you!

From the very first meeting Tim Smith grasped exactly what we were after,we required a whole new kitchen including a bar area ,his design was spot on first time ,before fitting we also added a tv showcase and additional storage,no problem this was also sorted .
The fitting team came as a gang of 3 and fitted it all in 3 days a fantastic bunch led by Frank.A great team effort.
We had a few minor issues that were sorted quickly and without fuss,well done the whole Team at Tom Howley .
